I, MA. GEDE P. ALCUBILLA/ MARIA P. JENKINSON, of legal age,

married, a natural-born Filipino and currently a citizen of United States of America,
and a resident of Coffman Drive, Champaign, Illinois, U.S.A., do hereby NAME,
APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, my only-child, GEROL FRANZ P. ALCUBILLA, of legal
age, single and resident of Brgy. Hipodromo, Jalandoni St., Iloilo City, Philippines, to
be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to do the following:

1. To file, commence, and initiate any action or complaint in

court in our behalf with regard to our property located at the Province
of Iloilo;

2. To sign the verification and certification of non-forum

shopping in my stead;

3. To appear in any tribunal, court, mediation, and judicial

dispute resolution proceedings;

4. To appear during the pre-trial of the case;

5. To enter and sign into amicable settlement in my behalf;

6. To carry all powers and authority granted to recover our

property in the Province of Iloilo;

7. To submit and verify documents related to the property;

authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
