Think of how you are connected with the other parts of the
world. The following questions could guide you in your thinking:
Do you have any family, friends, or relatives living in other
countries? How do you communicate with them? Have you
been to other countries (for leisure, work, or studies, among

Yes, I have relatives there in Hongkong. I communicate with them
through my cellphone. Yes, I've been there in Hongkong to meet my
relatives and to work, as a babysitter for their son.
What are the aspects in your life do you identify as connected
with other citizens of the world? (Family, friendship,
consumption, studies, and readings, etc)
The aspect of my life that would identify as connected to other
citizens in the world is being been social in the form of
communication through technologies by using a cellphone and
computer. By using this, we communicate with people whether is
there in other countries in the world. We find friends on social media
to talk about something serious or funny that could happen in our
How do you feel about being connected or disconnected from
other people in the world? Why?
For me is if I feel connected with other people is I'm happy and I
always find a way to fight in every challenge that I've been
through and going through and when I feel disconnected from
other people especially in my loved ones is I'm sad and it's hard
for me to fight every challenge that I've been through and going
through all by myself or alone. It's very hard to do when I'm
doing it alone I feel like I am the only person that I've never exist
in this world.

perspectives on Globalization.” The essay should highlight how
you define globalization, what are its contributions to social and
economic development, and what are the limitations of
globalization as it is currently implemented. You should back up
your main arguments with references.
Globalization is a term that is used in many ways, but the principle
underlying idea is the progressive integration of economies and
societies. It is driven by new technologies, new economic
relationships, and the national and international policies of a wide
range of actors, including governments, international organizations,
business, labor, and civil society.
Broadly speaking, the process of globalization has two aspects. The
first refers to those factors - such as trade, investment, technology,
cross-border production systems, flows of information, and
communication - which bring societies and citizens closer together.
The second refers to policies and institutions, such as trade and
capital market liberalization, international standards for labor, the
environment, corporate behavior, and other issues, agreements on
intellectual property rights, and other policies pursued at both the
national and international level which support the integration of
economies and countries. In terms of the latter aspect, the existing
pattern of globalization is not an inevitable trend - it is at least in part
the product of policy choices. While technological change is
irreversible, policies can be changed. Technological advances have
also widened the policy choices available.
The social dimension of globalization refers to the impact of
globalization on the life and work of people, their families, and their
societies. Concerns and issues are often raised about the impact of
globalization on employment, working conditions, income, and social
protection. Beyond the world of work, the social dimension
encompasses security, culture and identity, inclusion or exclusion,
and the cohesiveness of families and communities.

Is globalization, characterized by the rapid exchange of goods,
people, and capital across different countries, a random or a
deliberate phenomenon?
Globalization is characterized by all of the above. In some
countries like the Philippines may be characterized by rapid
exchange of goods due to the internet, capital due to the
establishment of large investment firms but not people. The
Philippines only seeks goods and capital. With regards to people, we
have lots of talented people to do the two things above. It is both
random and deliberate.
Who are the important actors shaping globalization? What are
your thoughts?
The important actors shaping globalization are the economy, political,
industrial organizations, and technologies. My thoughts in this are
economy is the cost of goods and values to the end-user determine
the movement of goods and value addition. The overall economics of
a particular industry or trade is an important factor in globalization. In
politics, The political issues of a country make globalization
channelized as per political bosses. The regional trade understandings
or agreements to determine the scope of globalization. In industrial
organizations, technological development in the areas of production,
product mix, and firms are helping organizations to expand their
operations. And in technologies, The stage of technology in a
particular field gives rise to the import or export of products or
services from or to the country.

Walk around your community. Look for symbols or texts that
would capture your definition. Take a photo of the image. Print
and mount it in the space provided. Otherwise, illustrate what
you see.
Explain what you think religion means. Share why you think
most people value religion and why others seem not.
For me, Religion is a set of beliefs that are practiced by an
individual. In other words, religion is a group of ideas and values
that a person lives by. Actions such as worshipping in God are
involved in religion. Religion is mainly based upon morals and
ethics. Religion can affect a person's actions and choices.
Most people are valued in religion because they believe that it is
the way of salvation. It only focuses on their God to believe and
obey through faith. It's a deepening devotional desire for God.
But in others, they do not believe god because they think that
god does not exist in their life. This means that god doesn't work
their lives in terms of changing in a situation.

Mankind began as a troop animal.

Living amongst its kind.

Stepping out of the trees onto the Savanna.

Mankind became a wander, small family bands bound by

blood. Millenia passed, mankind developed farming, and the
wanderer settled down. Small wandering groups became
small farming villages. Small farming villages became larger
farming villages, then small towns.

Small towns became larger towns inhabited by hundreds.

Larger towns grew too small cities inhabited by thousands.

Agriculture and technology developed to sustain and enhance
such growth. Cities evolved into city-states, then becoming
small countries inhabited by hundreds of thousands. Finally
today we have countries inhabited by hundreds of millions.

All along with this path battles and wars, killing millions along
the way, till today we have weapons that can wipe out us all.

The salvation of mankind and the natural progression of

things is a global organization, global integration.

The globe is being wired with its global neural net, a global
brain if you will. One world controlling itself.
