What is the topic of your production and why is it important to British Youth?

The topic for our production is music. This is important to British youth because everyone listens to
music so everyone will be able to relate in some way.

How does the production suit your target audience?

It suits the target audience because the genres we are going to focus on are more popular among the
target audience than some older viewers.

What are the ethical aspects of your production? Will you offend / fight a cause / raise
awareness of it?

I don’t think there are many ethical aspects to this film, it will be very light hearted and focus on
comedy and the characters rather than the moral aspect.

Why should BBC ‘buy’ your production- what does it offer that hasn’t been covered
before?

BBC is known for their mockumentaries, such as ‘The Office’ and ‘This Country’. Our film will be in
the same sort of style as these, however with a different topic. I think this means that the film is pretty
much guaranteed to have an audience with the BBC, with both younger and older viewers.
