4th Week
Extinguisher. Detector. Regulator with all assessories. Checking of Welding M/c

1- Action to be taken by site Head/Site Supervisors.

2- Immediate corrective action to be taken at site; Reffring to higher authority for compliance within 24 Hours.
For welding machines electricians are responsible to fill the formats with site supervisors; To get confirmation from Electrician about ELCB, Wes guard etc in the available check

3- list format with the signature of site supervisor.
