I. Objectives:

At the end of the lesson with 75% accuracy, the pupils will be able to:

A. Identify the three primary colors;


B. Give the importance of primary colors; and
C. Color the Philippine flag using the primary colors

II. Subject Matter

A. Topic: The Primary Colors


B. Materials: PowerPoint Presentation, Pictures and Video Presentation

III. Procedure

A. Preparatory Activity

1. Motivation

   The teacher will show a video clip and will ask these following
questions:

1.1 What is the video all about?


1.2 What are your favorite colors?

B. Developmental Activities

1. Presentation

The teacher will introduce the topic about the three primary
colors and will show picture of the color wheel.
2. Analysis and Discussion

The teacher will ask questions then the student will answer
correctly.

2.1 What are the primary colors?


2.2 Can you name a fruit that has a color yellow?

2.3 Can you show an object in your bag that has a color red?

2.4 Can you give me anything that has a color blue?

3. Generalization

The three primary colors are Red, Blue and Yellow.

C. Post Activities

1. Application

Directions: Color the fruits based on its appropriate color using


the three primary colors.

1. PINEAPPLE

2. BLUEBERRY

3. STRAWBERRY
