BEFORE STARTING

Attention: The operator must apply all relevant safety precautions,

especially those mentioned in the Instruction book. Consult the
Instruction book section “Initial start-up” before starting the compressor
for the first time.

1. The temperature of the intake air must be between 0°C and

40°C.
2. Check the oil level, which must be in the middle of the sight-
glass or in the upper field of the green range.
3. Close the condensate drain valves of the intercooler and
aftercooler.
4. Check that the cooling water drain valves are closed.
5. Open the cooling water inlet valve and outlet valve.
6. Open the air outlet valve.
7. Switch on the voltage and check that voltage on LED (6) lights
up.

STARTING

1. Press start button (1). The compressor starts running in

unloaded condition and automatic operation LED (8) lights up.
2. Approx. 25 seconds later (programmable), the compressor starts
