DURATION

Estimated time of Incorporation varies depending on the nature of business activity, the type of
shareholders and the scope of work involved. Initially to get approval from Ministry, after
receiving the approval between 25 to 30 working days, for corporate registration with the
Registrar of Companies

Bank Account can be facilitated after the company is formed. Estimated time is between 5 to 10
working days.

**Visa approval is purely on the approval from Ministry of interiors and
Immigration, we not promise for any residency permit approval and Service fee

1. Service Charges: Shall be paid in advance at the time of signing the Service
