Overview

• Following this AMC FZ will prepare documents to be signed by the client. This will be sent electronically.
• Kindly have the documents signed and returned electronically (via email) along with the payment.
• Upon receiving the documents and payments AMC will issue the license and other company documents

What is a Business Club?

A shared workspace with allocation of limited time per month assigned to the client.

Visa Offering

Companies formed in the Business Club will not be eligible to visa.

License Offerings:

• Commercial – Up to 5 allied activities

• Service – Up to 5 allied activities
• Mix of Commercial and Services – As long as activities in both the categories are allied and grouped to a
specific business type. For e.g.: It Consultancy, Software Design, Computer Hardware trading, Web Design

What will the client get for this?

Desk space with limited usage of 10 hours per month.

What will the clients get from AMC FZ?

• Certificate of Incorporation from the Free Zone

• License 1 – With the name of the company, activity, date of formation and date of expiry
• License 2 – With full details of the owners, shareholders, manager, location and information provided in
license 1
• Commercial Registration

Documents 2, 3 and 4 should be attested by the UAE Embassy in the company’s country of origin followed by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE

Step by step process for company formation:

• Filling up of the form and submission to the officer to AMC via email (shortly our portal will be ready and
submissions can be done online) with the following:
• Clients details and contact information
• Company name – 3 options
• Activity
• Capital
• AMC Officer submits name approval request.
• Once name approval is concluded, forms and documents are submitted for Approval to the Head of
Commercial Department for approval.
• Upon approval Proforma Invoice in generated
• CC or electronic payment at Free Zone premises
• License along with the document pack is issues electronically with a QR code for third party verification
