SALES MANAGER is the one who have a very excellent leadership capacity and of course sharp

capacity and knowledge about business and sales. Otherwise, Sales manager at P&G will have below

resilient and not give up easily, they face and handle stress well, so that their performance is
absolutely substainable.
5. Ambitious, striving for excellent: should be in the positive way, bad manager will be in the negative
one. Salesman is a job that employees have to terribly run KPI, so most of Sales Manager have this

Nowsaday, personality test in recruitment process is become more and more popular. Many
companies and cooperations even ready to pay a lot of money to own a personality test for their
employees or in their recruitment process. So what are the reasons why companies now use this kind
of test when recruiting human beside the traditional methods such as scanning CV or having a face-to-
face interview. First of all, the personality test will help recruiter in making a better hiring decisions
with a candidate. CV is not enough because candidates have had many time to prepare or have been
helped by another one, the same in the face-to-face interview, the candidates may perform their
confidence but in reality when they officially work with a team in company, they may perform
different. Or in some cases, employees leave because they don't fit with the company's cultures,
values and working environment. Of course education, skills and experience is very important, but
the suitability is much more important. The turnover rate increase due to unsuitability in working
culture consequence of wasting finance and human resources in rehiring and training another
employees. Therefore, many companies decide to buy personality test. Based on the insights from the
tests, recruiters can predict cadidates' future behaviors and attitudes to know whether they
Would fit with company’s culture and working environment or not. Moreover, recruiter can utilize the
result from the test to define which department should the candidate belong to if they are potential
and qualified to be hired at the end of recruitment. In conclusion, the personality test support
recruiter to narrow down the big number of candidates.

Suntory Pepsico cooperation has spent money to buy their own Personality Test and apply it in the
Assessment Center Round. The company will let the candidates to finish the test a few days before AC
round is officially hold so that they can have more input to observe and evaluate them on that day.
Those who have good results on personality test is a bonus for them to be selected for the next final
round. Suntory utilize this test not only for evaluation but also as a special and valuable gift (because
the test is not public and anyone wants to do it will have to pay) to recognize those excellent
candidates who has gone through two rounds to reach this third stage. The advantages of the test in
Pepsico Suntory is that it support the cruiter to understand their candidates better, define exactly the
group of their personality as one more feature for recruiter to make decision. And the test can cut
down the cost to retrain and reemploy if they hired those who have good capacity but actually not
suitable. The disadvantage is that the test is actually not accuracy 100%. There are many cases that
some candidates are not honest that they intentionally choose the answer they know will satisfy the
employers, or some are very suitable but the question is unclear or confused that make candidates
don’t know what they should choose.

I did the MBTI test and it show that I’m entertainer (ESFP) belongs to explorers group. I’m the kind of
person that are very energetic, enthusiastic and quite creative, I like to different things to have more
experience and also like to do things differently to make my normal daily life more interesting even
when I have to do the same things everyday. And MBTI test has pointed out a very true thing about
me that I own an excellent people skill. I care about human and have a big passion in those jobs that
can bring values and enhance human’s mental life. I can communicate well and can easily make
friends right at the first time seeing each other. I’m also good at listening. I see me myself don’t fit any
jobs in the list recruitment of P&G. I think I’m suitable to work in service field. With the personality
above, I’ve already have a dream job and it’s also a goal for me to strive for, is that open my own pub
where people can come to relax and share their stories.
