4. Candidat es who have been allot t ed a seat ot her t han t he first preference given by t he candidat e and if t he
candidat e is sat isfied wit h such allot ment and does not wish to part icipat e in furt her CAP rounds, such
candidat e can freeze t he offered seat t hrough candidat e’s login.Such candidat es shall t hen be not eligible for
part icipat ion in t he subsequent CAP rounds.

bet t erment in t he next round as per t he inst ruct ions given in clause 9(1)(i) t hen such candidat es shall be eligible
for part icipat ion in t he subsequent rounds for bet t erment ;

6. Allot ment is made to t he candidat e based on t he claims made by him/her in t he applicat ions form. If
candidat e found t hat t he claim made by him is not correct during self verificat ion of t he allot ment , and if he
want s to correct t he error/discrepancy, (errors as per t he clause (e) of sub rule(4) of rule) t he candidat e shall
report t he grievance eit her by e-Scrut iny or Physical Scrut iny Mode wit hout fail.
