Essay 3 Reflection Questions

1. What I learned in essay 1 is to do in-text citations and I used that in essay 3. In essay 2 I

also used the same topic for essay 3.

2. What we did not do in essay 1 was the essay was a different type of essay. Essay 3 is an

argument essay and essay 1 was a self-experiment. For essay 2 though there wasn’t

anything I did not use in essay 3 since they were both the same topic.

3. I do not think anything that I learned in the third essay will help me with my other classes

because my other classes are more business-related because of my major.

4. Again, the same answer as question 3 nothing that I used to create essay 3 will be used in

my other courses because my other courses are for my major and I am majoring in

business.

5. The creation of an argument helps me improve my writing by giving me more reasoning

to write the essay. It helps me get an idea of what I need to write since I already know my

stance on a certain topic. I think it will help me approach with more about what I need to

write.

6. I think my strengths are transitioning from one paragraph to another. One of my

weaknesses is creating a strong thesis statement I do think I created a strong one in this

essay but I am not sure I do need to work on my thesis’. One of my other strengths is my

sentence structure. All of my weaknesses and strengths are the same from Essays 1 and 2.
7. I think from the comments from my past essays you will tell me that I made a stronger

thesis statements than the last 2 essays. I feel like I made a better thesis statement this

time.

8. The most challenging was finding the articles for the essay. The least challenging was

choosing the topic because the topic had to be the same as essay 2.
