Poster Making Contest Guidelines

General Mechanics

1. The contest is open to all officially enrolled Grade 11 students. Each clan should have 2
participants
2. Everyone who wish to join this contest will be free of charge.
3. Submission starts at October 30, 2021 and the deadline of submission will be November 18,
2021. Outputs will be submitted to the clan masters.
4. The posters will be drawn on a ¼ illustration board. The board, as well as coloring materials will
be provided by the participants.
5. The posters will also be posted in the page of Midway Senior High School on Facebook.

6. The poster must illustrate, interpret, and emphasize the theme “Combating Gender Stereotypes
and Sexism”.
File name format: (ClanTeam_CGSS )
Example: Blue Royalties01_ CGSS

1. The participants will present and explain their output using the English language through
Facebook live on (date). Each participant will be given 2 minutes to explain their output.
2. The participants will be held accountable for any issues that may arise with regards to the
originality and authenticity of the design. The participants will be automatically disqualified if
work or the idea of work description is proven to be plagiarized.
