1 Abstract:
The research paper focuses on finding the impacts of new innovations in an organization. The
analysis found that Apple has lost its competitive edge as newer technology enhance the flow of
more innovative ideas in the organization. In order to conduct the research, a sample of 51
respondents from different universities was snowball sampling method. The respondents were
provided a 10-question questionnaire to conduct this primary quantitative research. The survey
asks the students to present their views on Apple products, about their favorites features and
price related questions were added. The results of survey helped us in finding the impacts of
entrepreneurship new innovations in an organization.

2 Problem Statement:
The topic of our research is innovative management. To intricate this further we selected
innovation in the IT sector and apple as the organization. Our problem is that the apple is now
not innovative in phrases of latest era as compared to its competitors and the causes behind
this is man-power is no longer involved or the new group no longer gets the main concept of
company ethics. And core of our research is how we are able to result in the brand-new
technological revolution.

 THE RESEARCHERS: findings of this study will help researchers evaluate the
operations and business environment as to what aspects management will take relevant
to customer’s satisfaction. This research will encourage researchers to study and to
conduct similar research on bigger scale and to also include variables which were not
included in this research.

5 Research Objectives:
 To use arrangement of exploration strategies to see whether the intended interest group
feels that apples items interface and usefulness and their showcasing system is superior
to the opposition.
 To lead the innovation market by proceeding to underline advancement through
innovative work and persistently creating inventive items with the goal that the firm
consistently contrasts rivalries.
 To guarantee that it continues growing its market reach. Contending in all market
fragments with different parts in the business, through serious procedures for
development.
 To produce fuss free items that offers support and pleasure for clients. Another goal is to
create bother free items that will offer support and pleasure for clients. To arrive at this
objective apple does nonstop interest in innovative work office to keep delivering quality
items.

6 Methodology
Data was collected using an online survey form which was designed on google form contained
10 questions related to Apple company and its products. The survey form was circulated across
different Facebook and WhatsApp groups. The questions included in questionnaire are below:

 How old are you?
 Do you have an apple device?
 What you like about apple products?
 What you dislike about apple products?
 How do you feel for the apple products prices?
 Apple products that are commonly available at almost every home?
 If you had to rate Apple as a company, how highly would you rate it?
 Do you feel that Apple have lost their competitive edge? (are no longer innovative)
 Do you have any suggestion for apple company to make their products further innovative
and unique?

7 Data Analysis/ Statical:


According to our surveys we got to know that 58.8% of the females use apple products as
compared to the males. It is found out that 94.1% apple users lies in the age group of 15 to 24
year. From research we found out that nearly 47.1% participants are using apple products
whereas 9.8% people have shifted themselves to other products.49% of the people love apple
products just because of its outstanding functionality. Comparing the prices with other products,
apple products have relatively higher prices and by surveying we got to know that 47.1% people
find their products quite expensive.96% of the iPhone made by apple are commonly available in
every house due to its fantastic features and market competition.50% of the people think that
apple has lost its competitive edge and are no longer contemporary. There are almost 20 million
apple developers today and by researches we get to know that apple pay reached almost 10
billion transactions in the year 2019 and in the year 2018 apple sold almost 1.3 billion devices
which is a huge amount and all because of its competition in the market. By conducting this
research we are able to know that demand of apple is much higher than its competitors.

8 Results and Findings:


8.1 Result Through Questionnaire:
The results acquired through survey questionnaire are given below.

It was found that female participants are using more Apple products as compared to male
participants.
It was found that most of the Apple prouct users lies in age group of 15-24.

From research it found that about 47.1% participants are using Apple products while 43.1% haven’t used
it and 9.8% shifted to other products.
The result shows that most of the Apple product users like its functionality feature.

The result about the most disliked feature shows that functionality is the feature which is most disliked
by people.

According to the result found during survey shows that the prices of Apple products are too high which
are unaffordable for many people.

The result shows that iPhone are the most likely product of Apple company.

Half of the participants think that Yes Apple has lost its competitive edge.
The suggestion given by most of the participants of our research that Apple company should reduce the
price of existing devices.

8.2 Result Through General Findings:


In general, the findings indicated that Here's two charts from Apple's earnings that immediately
jump out. The company's EPS growth of 20% was at its lowest in the last ten quarters. The
revenue growth rate was 23%, also pretty weak compared to recent quarters. What's worse is
that Apple's guidance suggests the growth is going to be lower in September. When will the big,
eye-popping growth return to Apple? Maybe never. Last holiday quarter Apple obliterated
expectations with $46 billion in revenue. To match last quarter's (relatively weak) growth, Apple
has to do $57 billion in sales this holiday. That's ahead of analyst estimates by a few billion. It's
possible Apple hits that insane number. The new iPhone, and a rumored iPad Mini could drive
Apple there. But what about the next quarter? And the quarter after that? The Apple television?
Some other miracle product? We’ve learned not to doubt Apple as it's pulled off incredible
earnings growth. But it sure looks like the law of large numbers is about to catch up to the
company. Growth rates are going to fall from the astronomical rates we've seen. Considering
the fact that Apple's stock has been arguably undervalued as it delivered huge growth, it will be
interesting to see how investors react if Apple's growth comes back to Earth.

9 Conclusion.
The main conclusion that can be drawn is we found to be the most interesting about
Apple is how they are very innovative and early adapters. Apple is usually the first
company to come out with a new product line before anyone else. This is very risky
but it seems to be working to Apples advantage. This shows that taking risks can
sometimes make or break you and Apple has great potential and has a lot to improve.
Currently, Apple is demonstrating negative aspects of TNCs, contributing to
international debt crisis through exploitation of workers. In a way, Apple is promoting
debt crisis in LDCs by accessing their labor and raw materials on the cheapest
possible terms. If it is willing to play the role of a beneficial TNC, the global economy
can certainly benefit. Furthermore, people in the least developed countries, and the
environment, will benefit as well. This requires a change from all stakeholders: the
company itself, the consumers, the shareholders, and the workers. It is important for a
TNC to progress towards beneficial behavior because this can determine people's
view on progressing towards further globalization, as influenced by neo-liberalism.
