FINDINGS AND SUMMARY

In this chapter, the researcher describes the data that have been obtained in the

process of descriptive research.

A. Findings

This descriptive research involves only one procedure to come up with the results.

Researchers first interview the 3 sections of Ormoc City Senior High School's ABM

strand to see if there are any students who are in to entrepreneurial preparedness in that

section before conducting the online survey to the right and suitable respondents. The

researchers created a survey questionnaire using Google form with 10 questions in

order to collect data. The questionnaire was delivered to 30 grade 12 ABM strand

students who is ready to engage in entrepreneurial, respondents were chosen using

purposive sampling.

From the online survey questionnaire, we have gathered the following data :

B. Analysis

Based on the gathered data, the respondents were only grade 12 students

studying in Ormoc City Senior High School under the strand of Accountancy Business

and Management and are prepared in engaging themselves in any entrepreneurial

activities.

On graph 1, the data shows that 43.3% of the students are agree that they a

strong desire to achieve positive results that requires a great deal of additional effort

where 40% are strongly agree with the statement, and 13.3% are somewhat agree on

the statement.

On graph 2, it shows that 43.3% are agree that they have a good understanding in

managing a business where 40% is somewhat agree, and 10% is strongly agree to the

statement.

On graph 3, it shows that 50% of the students can function in ambiguous

situations where 40% of them are somehat agree.

On graph 4, it shows that 53.3% of the students are disagree that their parents

are not both entrepreneurs where 16.7% students are strongly disagree, 13.3% agreed,

and 10% of them are somewhat agree.

On graph 5, it shows that 46.7% of the students believe that their abilities and

skills are greater than those of most of their co-workers where 33.3% students are

agree, and 16.7% of the students disagree.

On graph 6, it shows that 50% of the students agree that people trust them and

consider them honest and reliable where 26.7% of the students are neutral, and and

20% of them are strongly agree.

On graph 7, it shows that 40% of the students agree that they always try to

complete every project they start, regardless of obstacles and difficulties where 26.7% of

the students are tied on strongly agree and somewhat agree.

 On graph 8, it shows that 40% of the students are willing to do something even

when other people laugh or belittle them for doing something where 33.3% of them are

strongly agree, and 23.3% of them are somewhat agree.

On graph 9, it shows that 53.3% of the students can make decisions quickly

where 20% of them are disagree, and 16.7% of them are agree.

On graph 10, it shows that 46.7% of the students have a good network of

friends, professionals, and business acquintances where 30% of them are agree, 13.3%

of them are strongly agree, and 10% of them are disagree.
