Project name : Project Management Consultant Services for Mandalika Urban and Tourism
Infrastructure Project (MUTIP) of Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation
(ITDC) / PT. Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero).
The project calls for the provision of project management services to develop
the Kuta Mandalika into a world class tourist destination which is comparable
to Nusa Dua. The development of the tourism area will be under the Mandalika
Urban and Tourism Infrastructure Project (MUTIP) which requires the provision
of Part I with five major works – one core infrastructure (roads, parking area,
drainage, buildings, water supply-sewerage-irrigation piping network,
firefighting system), two Design-Build-Operate and Maintain (DBOM) Waste
Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) package and Solid Waste Treatment Plant
(SWTP) package and one specialized work which calls for Electricity and
Support Facilities; and Part II infrastructure improvement of four neighboring
sites.

Support the Project Management Unit (PMU) MUTIP in overseeing and supervision of the
detail design preparation of works of some packages
Supervise the Construction Management Consultant (CMC)’s engineer/construction
manager in joint review design with contractors for package core infrastructure and Design,
Build, and Operation & Maintenance of the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) package
the Solid Waste Treatment Plant (SWTP) package.
Supervise the CMC’s engineer/construction manager in construction supervision of civil
works.
Support the Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager in preparing regular progress report
in the construction progress.
3.Project name: Business Entity Procurement for West Semarang Water Supply System
Public Private Partnership Project.
The aim of the project is assisting the consortium of Cobra Instalaciones
Servicios, S.A., PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk and PT. PP
Infrastruktur in the preparation of technical proposals to participate in the
tender for the project mentioned above.

Duties :
Prepare preliminary engineering design and drawing of water transmission and distribution
system in the proposed area (West Semarang).
4.Project name: Review of Pre-Feasibility Study of SPAM Regional Ir. DJuanda (Jatiluhur II)
The aim of the project is to review the feasibility study that has been developed
before. The Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) Djuanda aims to improve
the reliability of the clean water supply to Jakarta and its surroundings
(Karawang Regency, Bekasi Regency, Bekasi City and Bogor Regency) by
building a main clean (treated water) pipeline and water treatment plant (WTP)
will be placed near the source of water at Jatiluhur reservoir which located in
the West Java Province.
The SPAM Djuanda project is initiated by the consortium of MMVP (Mayniland
Water Services inc., Metropacific Water Investment, Varsha zamindo Lestari,
PT. PP (Persero) and PT. PP Infrastructure)

Duties : The main tasks carried out are as follows:
Responsible for the management of CBO programs
Conduct CBO Baseline Survey and Mapping; to Identify and assess CBOs, as well as
manage information into databases to be used for CBO strengthening and financing
activities.
Conduct CBO strenghtening. To cooperate and coordinate with local governments
(stakeholders) under Pokja AMPL, CBO associations and the Government of Indonesia,
strengthen the CBO's potential to ensure that they have basic operational capacity to
improve water and sanitation services, access commercial finance to expand and sustain
long-term operations.
Realizing CBO financing program
- Manage the participation of banks / financial institutions in the CBO financing program. To
conduct a new bank / financial institution analysis to participate, to evaluate CBO loan
application, to manage all data and monitoring systems, to make the required report.
- Present the potential of CBO investment to banks/financial Institutions, to provide training
and support to banks/financial institutions regarding products and CBO lending
disbursement, to accompany CBO loans.
Monitor and evaluate the CBOs: to monitor and report on the progress of the CBO program,
financing provided to the CBO, and program impacts to households; to evaluate the
financing program strategy to CBO; to further make the appropriate adjustments to ensure
the goal is achieved.

Duties : The objective of the assignment is to support preparation of business plan for
PDAM Kota Pekalongan. The main tasks carried out are as follows:
Conduct the Identification, analysis and evaluation of technical existing condition of several
PDAMs in Central Java Province.

Prepare of business plan for PDAMs (technical component)
Support presentation of PDAMs’s business plan to local and central government.

(CF-WSS) to carry out the Rapid Technical Assessment (RTA), develop a set of technology
options, estimate the cost of each option, and assist the Village Implementation Team (VIT)
- a Community Based Organisation - to choose the option of the best fits their
circumstances
Assure that the preliminary design for WSS facilities, initial environmental evaluation, and
cost estimates, economic and financial analysis, and the initial tariff estimates meet the
standard.
Participate and provide technical backstopping for CF-WSS in the presentation of RTA
result and (Detailed Engineering Designs (DEDs) to communities
Review Community Action Plans (CAPs) for the approval of District Project Management
Unit (DPMU), and assist the community to make modifications or improvement.
Provide technical training to CF/WSS in reading simple engineering drawings,
understanding technical design limitations, etc, as necessary.
Assure that activities proposed relating WSS system as part of the CPA meet the standard

establish the sanitation fund, the rules of its used, and help for local workers to become well
established in the latrine construction business.
Assure of the technical effectiveness of the O&M of WSS system.
Provide technical and management training to Village Implementation Team (VIT) regarding
simple engineering drawings, how to operate and maintain the built WSS facilities, how
determine the water tariff, etc, as necessary.
Assist Dinas Kesahatan (District level) in workshop/training of capacity building for Badan
Pengelola Sarana Air Minum dan Sanitasi (BPSAMS).
2.Project name : Feasibility Study of Private Sector Participation in Water Supply Management
in Tegal
Location : Tegal, Central Java.

Duties : The objective of the project is to assist the local government on management
and development the water supply facilities in order to extend the service area
to rural areas surroundings Tegal and improve the capacity with participation
of private investor. The main tasks carried out are as follows;
Survey the willingness to connect of the community to piped water
Review, study and evaluate the existing data and water supply system design
Review characteristic and condition of water supply facilities
Prepare the preliminary engineering design of water supply system

Carry out field survey for preparation of detail engineering design (DED) of WSS facilities
development, including the construction cost. The facilities comprises of pipe distribution
networks, water treatment plant, main reservoir, latrines, drainages, etc.
Prepare the guideline of OM System.
Design and prepare the public campaign and promoting system for local communities
regarding the improvement of the community health in line with the WSS program
development.
Prepare the community participation system in the planning and developing the WSS
program.
Prepare training program development for trainers, community facilitator, local community to
be involved in the program implementation, including Training Needs Assessment (TNA),
preparation of training curriculum/modules, set out training implementation program,
coordinate the training preparation which include logistics, accommodation and
transportation of the participants, and the trainers. Develop monitoring and evaluation of the
training program.

Duties :The objective of the project is to give the clean water service for people of
Housing Complex Kota Wisata, Cibubur, Bogor. The main tasks carried out
are as follows;
Calculate water demand of the population
Prepare detailed engineering design and construction drawing for water supply system
Assist in preparation of tender document in particular responsible for technical specification
of pipelines.
