people from
different
organization gather to help in order to find different
information about Godzilla and how they can defeat it, and to
share some information if they know something about Godzilla.
In the scene, Johuku told them that more mutations are going
to happen to Godzilla. Also, Ogashira found out that the energy
source of the creatures was from a nuclear fission.
RESPONSIVENESS
 When Godzilla
appears, the
government
immediately hold
an emergency
assembly in
order to find out
what was the cause of the chaos and how will respond to it. As
soon as they confirmed the real cause, they immediately
evacuate the citizens who will be affected of Godzilla’s
attacking. After that, they make a move to attack Godzilla but it
has no effect to it so they need to find another way to beat
Godzilla.
EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY
 As soon as Yaguchi’s team found
out that they could use a
coagulating agent to freeze
Godzilla, they already form a
plan on how they can perform it.
They use whatever resources they have in
order Godzilla to be defeated. They use
buildings to attack Godzilla by putting
 explosives on it so as the building goes down it will hit hardly
to Godzilla. They also use their trains by also putting explosives
on it while it was running so that as it hit in Godzilla’s feet it
will explode and will knock it down. After that, they already
use the tankers full of coagulant and inject it into Godzilla’s
mouth. As a result, they defeated Godzilla that made their plan
effective.
ACCOUNTABILITY
 At the end, even
though they
defeated Godzilla,
Yaguchi still said to
Kayoco that even
they already solve
the problem, the
fact remains that
the casualties were high. He also said that accountability comes
with the job. That a politician may own it or not and then he
chooses to own it.

CSR RELATED
PRO-PROFIT ORGANIZATION GOES “BEYOND PROFIT”
 The government particularly the Prime Minister do his job in
taking actions to the problem caused by Godzilla in order to
save many lives, to prevent multiple damages. He did not do it
for him to look good to the public. He did not do it to make a
name for himself.
ESSENCE AND NATURE OF CSR “IT IS SOCIAL”
 Every department that was on the movies did all their best not
only for themselves but also for the society. They really work
hard to find a best solution to defeat Godzilla.
ESSENCE AND NATURE OF CSR “IT IS A RESPOSIBILITY”
 As the Prime Minister, he is responsible for the whole
nation. In the movie, during the time when the U.S planned
to use thermonuclear weapon to attack Godzilla, the Deputy
Chief Cabinet Secretary for Crisis Management ask here to
 leave the building near the area where U.S is going to execute
the said attack, but the Prime Minister refused to it and said “I
have a duty to stay and monitor its execution. I can’t abandon
the citizens to make my escape”, but later on, he was forced to
evacuate as he has the nation to protect.
ESSENCE AND NATURE OF CSR “IT IS CORPORATE”
 When Godzilla appeared and started to attack the whole
Tokyo, Japan, the government and every department act and
help as one in order to find solutions on how they can defeat
Godzilla.
