Warm greetings!

On December 4, 2021 (Saturday) the participants of Mr. and Ms. College of Accountancy,
Business, and Management will be having their photoshoot inside our campus from 8:00
am to 4:00 pm. There will be four photographers for the said photoshoot and each
candidate will be having 1 assistant that will also conform to the NUB requirements. The
photoshoot will be facilitated by the president and vice president of the CABM student
council.

On December 8 and 13, 2021 (Monday and Saturday), the candidates will be having their
rehearsals inside the campus from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in preparation for the coronation
night on December 17, 2021. Through this letter, the candidates will attend and
participate in synchronous and asynchronous class on the given dates. The said rehearsals
will be facilitated by the president, vice president, and associate executive secretary of the
council.

Furthermore, I am requesting your good office to allow the 9 candidates of Mr. and Ms.
CABM and their respective assistants, 3 CABM SC officers, and 4 photographers to enter
the campus on the mentioned dates for the execution of the events. Moreover, all of them
are vaccinated and almost everyone resides near the campus.
