Pertama yang harus dilakukan untuk membuat kue kering kacang adalah menyampur semua adonan kecuali minyak dengan menggunakan tangan. Hancurkan juga gumpalan-gumpalan dari kacang yang dihaluskan. Jika sudah tercampur, tuang minyak sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan bisa diuleni. Lalu, bentuk adonan kue kacang menjadi bulat-bulat dan letakkan di atas loyang. Loyangnya jangan lupa diberi tepung ya, agar adonannya tidak lengket. Kalau semua adonan telah selesai dibentuk, diolesi kuning telur dulu lalu masukkan ke oven selama 15 menit atau seperempat jam. Taraaa… Seperti foto di atas ini kue kering kacang yang sudah jadii… Karena kami membuat cukup banyak, kue kering kacangnya dibagi-bagikan. Ada yang di rumah nenek, ada yang buat rumah mas Dimas, ada yang buat nenek Gresik dan ada juga yang buat rumahku. Kalau kata mamski kue ini enak sekali, sampai- sampai mamski habis banyak. Meskipun ada juga yang bilang kurang asin sedikit.
