INTEGRATION

A. DOCTRINE
How has the testing of Abraham influenced and inspired your choices and decisions in
life? Cite one concrete event in your life where God had asked you to give up anything that
you would like to hold on too.
Everyone knows that faith plays a significant role in our spiritual growth, but, In the
Christian life there are certain truths that are either so formative, or so fragile, to not berate
ourselves, and not suspect that God's still fuming over the incident. A choice of the will to
believe that God has forgiven us through Christ's death. I respond to God by praying and
doing good things. An example where I experienced God's call and I responded from it is
When I was experiencing anxiety because of the sudden death of my family member and no
one was there to comfort me, even my family because I look strong from the outside but
mentally fragile inside. But God lifted me up to help me overcome my anxiety so here I am
now ready to face everything that comes in my way because God is with me.

B. MORAL
List down and explain briefly in two columns that follow one or two misconception/s or
error/s you have had in understanding Christian Faith and what new understanding you
have about those after going through this lesson. Write on the third column the challenges
that you now face because of your realization.

Misconceptions
That becoming a Christian will insure that everything in life will go as you wish it
would and turn out as you hope it would. Christianity is not an insurance policy. It is a power
source that enables one to live in a real world with real problems and yet experience the
grace and mercy that surpasses understanding.
New understanding
To “understand my faith” starts by understanding how a person grows spiritually. If
we are wrong here, our Christian life becomes mechanical and even miserable. To be a
Christian will seem boring, empty, and unfilled. It is like baking a dessert without the recipe.
The results are unknown and probably not very good.
Challenges
Our life of faith in Christ is challenged by our own weaknesses and peer pressure also
by different temptations. Everyone is vulnerable to temptations, even adults. Jesus was the
best example in resisting temptations, he was tempted by Satan many times but he stood
firm in God's side. There were many challenges everywhere even in the media it fuels
temptations. But just like Jesus, we can stand firm too in God's side if we choose to obey
him.
C. WORSHIP
In one short bond paper, compose a short prayer asking God to strengthen your faith
amidst fears and uncertainties brought about by the pandemic.
Lord, thank you so much this day for the new life and strength you have given me. I
pray, Lord, for whatever sin I have committed. I ask for forgiveness. Lord, guide my loved
ones, and keep them away. all misfortune and pain. I pray Lord help all those who are sick
caused by the virus that is spreading all over the world. Lord forgive all those who have
sinned against you. Lord, I ask for mercy and compassion from you. Lord Please bring this
world back to normal. Lord you will take care of us all, I pray Lord give us strength and be
strong to face all the crises we are experiencing during the pandemic. Lord of all trials that
we are experiencing, you have made us all feel your hug and love. We praise and thank you
Lord. I ask all this in the name of your son Jesus Amen.
