1 the performance standard that we choose that is based in the k-12 curriculum guide as well as
anchored to the field of our specialization, is the “practices healthy eating habits that support an active
lifestyle” was found in grade 10 PE. Moreover, this performance standard is suited to the problem based
learning. It is because; it talks about on how students or individual can practice having a healthy lifestyle.
Additionally, the task that is interconnected to the problem based learning we have the learning
reflection, this time the learners will identify if he/she is healthy or not. Lastly, on their learning
reflection they will conclude and share tips on how to solve the certain problem about their personal
health.

2.2 on the project based learning we are still using the same performance standard based on our
previous answer. Since that the learners already given a task as well as they already identify those
problems in their personal health, in project based we give them a task to test their skills and knowledge
through output or project based. The learners will create a vlog tutorial on how to maintain a good
eating habit, to maintain healthy lifestyle as well to avoid those health difficulties. Taking everything into
account, through project based learning we can be able to evaluate the learning development of the
learners if they really understand the topic or not through the given project task.
