THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Since we want to keep our monopoly and consciously have no resellers (at least for now), we are always looking for
alternative marketing methods. This affiliate program is one of these measures. We would like to work with industry-
relevant and interesting (erotic & adult) content creators in order to ideally be able to present our products directly to
the target audience.

We would like to work with erotic & adult 18+ content creators who have an active fan base e.g. on Onlyfans, Reddit,
Patreon etc. and of course can understand the essence & purpose of our products, which is absolutely indispensable
for this program.

Since we are aware of how unordinary, but at the same time intriguing our products are, we would of course send you
a sample so that you can try them out, in case you might be interested in working with us.

Our affiliate program is based on commissions per product sold, so that there is no pressure. The content creator can
take care of this task at his own pace and in his own way. The way in which you would promote the product would

A personalized discount code is created for the fans of the content creator, with which they receive a certain discount for
our products in the shop at the checkout. The content creator only needs to provide leading links to our products so that
potential buyers can easily land on our shop page and generate conversions. With each completed purchase process
with the personalized discount code, an affiliate sale is saved in our system for the respective content creator. This method
usually produces more conversions than others, since the customers are motivated to buy the products by saving money.

Enrollment in the Program

To be enrolled, you must provide us with the needed information by filling up the form on the last page,
agree with the terms & conditions by signing it and send us a copy.

Responsibility for Your Site/Page

You acknowledge that by entering into this Agreement we do not assume, and should not be exposed to,
the business and operational risks associated with your business or any aspects of the operation or content
of your Site/Page.

Order Processing

We will process product orders places by customers who link from your Site/Page to our Site under our
policies and applicable legal requirements.

Computation of Fees/Fee Schedule

You will earn Commissions based on the Brutto Price of Qualifying Products, according to fee schedules established by
us. The Payout will succeed once on the first day of each month. There is a minimum monthly payout limit of 50 EUROS,
which should be reached in order to be transferred. If the minimum payout limit is not reached, the credit will be carried
over to the next month and paid out accordingly.

Fee Payment

You will be paid your earned Commissions on a monthly basis through the Network as set forth per standard payment
procedure stated in your offer terms. You are solely responsible for any and all tax obligations, if any, due to all taxing
authorities arising from or in connection with your participation in the Program, including taxes
resulting from payment of Commissions to you.

NOTE: a commission is only being registered and is paid out, when the customer does not return the product,
which does not happen frequently due to the health seal applied on every package
