axiety, we should find a solution.

The next thing is about Go Zone. This will differ from Chasm in that The organization enters the
"go zone" when everyone is truly on board and ready to go. There will usually be two aspects of
impact in this zone that are Acceptance and Excitement, Clarity, and Implementation.
To support yourself in this area. First, Take action on issues within your control. Next is Letting
go of what you cannot control. And finally Visualize yourself (positively) in the new paradigm.
If you want to assist others in the go zone, you need to define a clear Purpose and desired
outcome {again).
• Involve those affected by the change in planning and implementation.
After that, u need to Celebrate for small successes,
And finnally, Providing ongoing feedback, training and information for them if you can or get
someone more professional. T
