By the end of this unit a student will be able to:

LO3 Evaluate how operating in a global market influences an organization's structure, culture and functions. This course will be delivered in 40 slots (60
hours of study) consisting of: – 22 slots for 12 theoretical lectures – 18 slots for tutorial sessions Please read the unit schedule in the course syllabus for details. Assignments To complete this course successfully, the students have to complete 2 individual assignments: Assignment 1: Drivers and challenges for globalization This assignment satisfies the following learning outcomes: LO1 Analyze the key factors which drive globalization.
