GDP is the sum of:
• Consumption(C) by households
• Investment (I) by firms
• Government expenditure (G)
• Net exports (NX)

=> GDP = C + I + G + X – M

NIA (Net property income from abroad) = income


earned from assets abroad – income paid to foreign
assets operating domestically
