AUTHORIZATION

I, ATTY. MEYNARD H. MAGSINO, married, of legal age, and a resident of

BB1, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro hereby authorized my brother-in-law, RAFF
VON DAVID S. SORIANO, single, of legal age and a resident of BB1, Bongabong,
Oriental Mindoro to receive and get my Isuzu Unit MUX with plate No. D1R370 in
Isuzu Calapan. In addition to, I allowed RAFF VON DAVID S. SORIANO to sign in
behalf of me in any billings or documents necessary to process the repairs in my
vehicle unit.
