Nikki is well organized, prepared, takes initiative, and is very dependable.  

Are there areas that need improvement and growth? 

Remember that no matter what situations arise, we will find a solution.  It may take a few tries, but we’ll
find something that works.  

Any other comments or feedback? 

Nikki has been a wonderful addition to Valley View.  We are so lucky to have her here with us.  She
makes my job easier as she is dependable, and has a true gift to know how to help my students.
