COFFEE REGION

My family and I did the coffee plantation tour on coffee region, it was a fantastic
experience. We were a big group of family and friends, we booked a coffee farm
lodge, this was a place outside the Armenia city in a lower elevation region where
there is a coffee plantation. We spent the new year night there. It was very very
nice, the farm had a garden with many exotic plant species.

We took the tour into coffee plantation. The plantation itself was awesome; our
guide walked us through the whole process. We even got to pick some coffee beans
from the tree, after seeing all of the steps in making coffee, everyone really enjoyed.
During our tour we travelled by bus over some typical towns like Montenegro
(Quindio). When doing a trip like this makes sure to bring camera because the
Colombia’s coffee area has beautiful sceneries and landscapes.
