 The chart above represents as the organizational chart for my business.

 The type of my business organizational structure is a vertical structure. As you can see in the
chart, the company is led by the CEO and he has the most authority or more power over them. It is
clear that the CEO decision making skills and the employees will automatically follow his orders
and complete the tasks that was given to them.

 If the sales would decline in one of the sales departments my recommendations to improve the
sales would be, find and fix the problem in that sales department, find out where and why the sales are
declining and fix it, another recommendation would be having promos and discounts in that department
so that many people would come and buy with a cheaper price.

 If the sales are increasing my recommendation to handle the rapid increase of the business is to
improve the business, make some adjustments to the business in that way the business would run much
smoother, also branch out the business to make the business bigger.

 The current structure of the business is considered tall because all of the decision making are
made in the top of the structure and the labor goes in to the bottom of the structure.
