Subject: Explanation for my visa rejection,

Sir,

My student visa application got rejected stating I will not return to India after my studies.

I would like to clarify that my intension to go for further studies for the program
Electromechanical Engineering Technician Robotics is to get an international level of
knowledge which is very essential to meet today’s competition especially in the Engineering
filed. In India there is large number of Engineers coming up every year but the quality matters
a lot while looking for an employment opportunity. I am confident that this course will help
me to meet that competency and bring up a bright future ahead. Also I have done my
bachelors in B.Tech Electrical Engineering with 74% were I came across various robotics
subject which gave me the desire to know more into it and I found this subject to be highly
demanding across the globe due to the immense economic development. During my
experience at KSEB I found the need of robotics implementation to make things faster and
perfect. Through this program I can get in-depth knowledge foundation in programmable
logic controllers, electronics, computer-aided design, mechanical systems, computer and
robot programming, sensors and actuators and I will be prepared to program, troubleshoot
and maintain robots and automated production systems along with mechanical, hydraulic
and pneumatic equipment. With my previous education and experience coupled with this
program will definitely elevate my career to the next level.

Apart from all this I am the only son of my parents and my father is working as a Deputy
Director In charge, E.S.I.Corporation earning a yearly income of 1200000 INR. I do not have
any need to work in Canada to find my living when I have a financially well off family and also
I have no family tie ups in Canada which make my come back to India for sure. I will be able
to find challenging opportunities with robotic manufacturers and suppliers, system
integrators, machine builders, automotive manufacturers, or other manufacturing
environments.

I am a person who is very focused on quality of education both practically and theoretically
which made me choose Canada as my study destination and I am self assured that I will be
coming back with an elevated level of knowledge with demanding professionalism.
