Searching for a Righteous Man

S - Jeremiah 5:3
“O Lord, are not your eyes on the truth?
You have stricken them, but they have not grieved
You have consumed them, but they have refused to recieved correction
They have made their facer harder than the rock
They have refused to return”

To soften the hard heart of the people God uses suffering and crisis, Sa

A - The world is suffering from crisis right now because of the pandemic Covid-19 which
killed and infected a lot of human. Maybe this is just a message from God. In this crisis
many people is still having a HARD HEART still not accepting God as their savior. Busy
with their own businesses.

P - Lord,
Please, soften the heart of every human. Cleanse our heart oh Lord. Let us see the unseen
May we all understand na this crisis is not just a
simple crisis. This is a message of GOD seeking for all of us to RETURN to him. May we
learn also that our lives are not for us. Everything on this world is BY the Lorf and for the
LORD.

Full of the Fury of the Lord
S- Jeremiah 6:16
“Stand at the crossroads and look; Ask for the ANCIENT paths,
Ask where the good ways is, and walk in it, and you will find REST for your souls.
But you said,’We will not walk in it”

God is offering us REST by
following him. SIMPLE. But we are all SELFISH. We only think about ourselves. See, in verse 16,
Jeremiah is telling us to LOOK carefully the path we are going.
Pera, kaibigan, barkada, trabaho, etc. But
look when we walk in the ANCIENT path it is the path of the LORD we will find REST.

A- Right now I am full of dreams for myself and my husband here on earth. Bahay, baby and US together,
family. I am focus on us. I am trying to go back to my old self were I am having a quiet time with GOD.
Kasi alam ko kung para saan at kanino ang buhay ko but still I am selfish. I admit it, tao lang ako hindi ako
Let all of your people see,
hear and learn the reason of every thing here on earth.
Lord right now I pray for all the leaders saan man panig ng mundo, buksan niyo po ang kanilang mga
In you we REST.

False Religion Worthless
S - Jeremiah 7:4
“Do not trust in these lying words, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the
Lord, the temple of the Lord are these”
O - There are many people who are trusting the religious tradition to save them,
but they are the same as the people of JUDAH that we read of here. NO building,
religious organization, denomination, ritual, membership, or birth can save a
person and get them into heaven.

A - What can save a person is believeing in and accepting Jesus Christ as our
Lord saviour which will result a radical CHANGE OF LIFE, a deep-seated
change in our way of doing things. We go from a life of obeying your own
wishes and desires to obeying God and following him.

P - Lord,

We believe and trust in you and in what you have done to gain salvation for
us. We recognized that there is salvaton in no other name, so help us share that
gift with others this day.
Make us understand that it is only accepting GOD and believing in him is the
only way to heaven.

Sin and Punishment
S - Jeremiah 8:6
“I have listened attentively,
but they do not say what is right
No one REPENTS on his wickedness saying
“What have I done” each pursues his own curse
Like a horse charging to a battle
O - the requirements of the LORD for us sinner is repentance. REPENTANCE greek
word(metanoia) means turning from sin but in the bible it means to change ones mind. (acts
26:20) A change of mind that results a change of action. Change your mind from rejection
of Christ to FAITH for salvation.

A - In this verse, we can feel the hurt of Christ towards the wrong doings of the people of
Judah.
ng tao ang iisang KEY to salvation it is REPENTANCE. From here let us CHANGE our
mind and let our action be the evidence of it.

P - Lord,
kahinaan.
Lord teach us to repent, change our mind, make our faith bigger and make us believe.
AMEN

S - Jeremiah 9:23-24
This is what the Lord says:
“Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or a strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast
of his riches,
But let him who boast boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord, who
excercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in this I delight”
- declares the Lord

O - una pa lang I want to say sorry na agad, guilty ako sa verse na ito, I know mayabang ako in some ways.
One thing you can boast is HIM, Howe he love us, how he
saved us, how he give mercy on us.
A - Understand and Know God through bible studying at ito yung ipagsigawan natin sa buong mundo. Lahat
Materyal, relasyon at buhay. Everything in our life is
temporary only God is eternal so we must understand who truly he is. HUWAG MAGMAYABANG ng
mga bagay na meron ka.

P - Lord,

Jeremiah’s Prayer
S - Jeremiah 10:23-24
“I know Lord that a man’s life is not his own; it is not for man to direct his steps. Correct me
Oh Lord but only with justice not in your anger, let you reduce me with nothing.

O - in this chapter God explains how the people serve a fake god, the gods that are made up
of woods. He said that those gods cannot do bad and also good things because they are just a
piece of wood. That only him who created the heavens and earth are the only GOD and same
GOD that can save us. God warns the people through Jeremiah that he will destroy the nation
that do not believe in him.

A - First we should include the Lord in everything we do. Sa mga plano natin sa buhay dapat
included siya. Dahil those plan is your plan, plan pa rin ni Lord ang natutupad sa buhay
natin. Kaya tayo nagkakaroon ng frustration sa buhay kasi we are expecting. Let thy will be
done on earth as it is in heaven.

P - Lord
lamang. But I just want to pray this to you Lord. I am sorry for expecting to much from this
makagraduate ako I thought it is me who made it but I was wrong. If it wasn’t for you I am
nothing today. For planning a lot still I have it in my mind, yung bahay, yung bata, yung
pamilya, yung ipon. I am so burden with those things in my mind. Sorry po. Help me divert
my mind to YOU, only YOU. I am not certain if it is a necessity lalo na yung savings. Lord
help me to learn to focus more on you and believe in your plan to me. Tell me if I am doing
things in a wrong way. Guide me. I need you.
Let your will be done.

AMEN

S - Jeremiah 11:8
“Yet they did not obey or incline their fear, but everyone walked in the imagination of
his evil heart; therefore I will bring upon them all at the words of this covenant, which I
commanded them to do, but which they have not done.”

A - habang hindi pa huli ang lahat REPENT. Balik na tayo sa Lord. Obey him. Do not forget
him in what ever we do or we will do.

P - Lord,

Forgive us as nation and a world that has over again forgotten you and relied on our own
ideas of right and wrong, Please cleanse us and use as today point someone to you.
mundo.

Thank you for your mercy, your radical love, your patience and your understanding.

Jeremiah’s Complain
S - Jeremiah 12:1
“Righteous are you, oh Lord when I plead with you, yet let me talk to you about your judgements. Why does
the way of the wickedness prosper? Why are those happy who deal so treacherously?

When are facing hard times we tend to ask the Lord.
gobyerno. LIFE is so UNFAIR.

P - Lord,

Help us to stay focused on just what you give us this day - no more no less.

May all the people in tha world see how WORTHY you are Lord. May we all see the REAL reason of our
life.
AMEN

S - Jeremiah 13:23
“Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard its spots? Then may you also do good
who are accustomed to do evil?”

O - The people of Jeremiah’s time had hardened their hearts and refuse to his call of
repentance.
ito God is pointing out that sinners cannor change their sinful nature.

A - We are all a sinners we tend to sin again and again. We must CHANGE. But according
to 2 Cor 5:17 But no matter how much we try to change ourselves only GOD can truely
change our hearts”
Change comes from surrendering to his Lordship and Mastery, confesing and turning from
our sins. Let him have the complete control over ourlives.

P - Lord,
Please be Lord over us each day, in Jesus name…

RENEW us oh Lord
In Jesus name AMEN

S - Jeremiah 14:13-14
“Then I said, “Ah Lord God! Behold, the prophet say to them, “you shall not see the sword,
nor shall you have famine, but I will give you assured peace in this place.”’ and the Lord
said to me, ‘The prophet prophecy lies in my name. I have not sent them, commanded them,
nor spoken to them; they prophesy to you a false vision, divination, a worthless thing, and
deceit of their heart”

The problem is napakahirap

A - I will filter every information na maririnig ko ang listen only sa alam kong katotohanan.
If we honestly seek for the truth we will find it.

P - Lord,

We recognize that you alone have truth and you are able to communicate to us If we only
seek you.

May all the false prophet tell only what is right.

Whenever I hear news, or prophesies I am being afraid. Alam ko po mali ang matakot ibig
sabihin kasi noon maliit ang faith mo sa Lord, I am creating my own ghost but instead God I
am praying that you strengthen my heart, my soul and my body for every information that I
will know.

Let us believe in you alone, seek you and find you

In Jesus name. AMEN

The Bible
S - Jeremiah 15:16
“Your word were found and I ate them, and your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my
heart, for I am called by your name, o Lord God of Host”

O - Reformer Martin Luther said “ The bible is alive, it has feet, it runs after me, it has hands
it lays over me” Knowing Jesus Christ the Lord is throug reading the bible. The
characteristics of the Lord can be found in the bible to know him is to dig up the words in the
bible, it may have a lot of translations but yes it is only about th elove of the Lord to his
people to us. I am now trying to study the bible because I want to know him more and for me
knowing him give me peace and simpler life.

P - Lord,

Yes, your words change me, please give us hunger to your word each day.
pagseek sa inyo through prayer and through studying your words.

May we know you more Lord.

Amen

Sa ngayon naintindihan ko sa katangian ng Lord is he LOVES us unconditionally pero hindi

niya tayo inispoil. Kapag nagkamali tayo pinapalo niya talaga tayo. Tinutuwid niya tayo.
He is an awesome and a
powerful God.

Day of Disaster
S - Jeremiah 16:10-12
“When you tell these people all these and they ask you, ‘Why has the Lord decreed such a great disaster
against us? What wrong have we done? What sin have we committed against the Lord our God? Then say to
them, ‘it is because your father forsook me,’ declares the Lord, and followed other gods and served and
worship them. They forsook me and did not keep my law. But you have behaved more wickedly than your
fathers. See how each of you is following the stubornness of his evil heart instead of obeying me.

O - this day is our ECQ-enhance community quarantine where all people around the globe are suggested to
stay at home because of the pandemic desease COVID 19. Yes, it is a desease na kinakatakutan ng lahat
I don’t understand parang
kinakausap ako ni Lord through prophet Jeremiah.
ulo. Maybe this ECQ marami ng hiniheal ang Lord hindi lang physically lalo na spiritually God is trying to
reset our hearts to dig up the real reasons of our lives. People now are so busy with diff things money,
career, names, business etc. Anything that has to do with themselves along. We are totally forgetting the
Lord. We all committed sins. We are all asking why? Bakit po Lord sa generation namin? Bakit po kami?
Maybe God has a reason. Just have faith. Be strong.

A - Ask yourself what sins you have committed to the Lord for us to suffer like this today. Dig up yourself,
what is the reason of your life? What makes you busy? Then analize. Is everything you are doing right now
really matters? REPENT, REFLECT, PRAY…. COMEBACK to the LORD.

P - Lord,

For making our own gods. For not
trusting and not having faith to you. I AM SORRY.
Lord please save us from the disaster we are experiencing right now. LORD heal our LAND be the father
that will take good care of us.
Open our hearts and mind to the real reason of our lives. May all the people now realise that you alone is the
reasons of everything.
nakakasalamuha nito.
LORD CHANGE OUR HEARTS

Trust Issues
S - Jeremiah 17:5-8
“Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who depends on flesh for his strength and whose heart turns away
from the Lord”
“He is like a bush in the wastelands;he will not see prosperity when it comes. He will dwell in the parched
places of the desert, in a salt land where no one lives.
“But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord whose confidence is in him
“He will be like a tree planted by the water that send out to its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat
comes, its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit”
O - We all have trust issues in different aspects of our life. In family(spouse,son/daughters,siblings), friends,
workmates, in environment, in the government etc. We are afraid to trusts It is like walking with your eyes
blindfolded and someone is guiding you but you cant trust him fully. In this scripture sinasabi ng Lord na
kailangan natin alamin kung kanino ba dapat magtiwala. Kapag nagtiwala tayo sa tao walang mangyayari sa
buhay natin. We will always meet failures, we will expect, we will be hurt, worried but if we will entrust
everything to the LORD wala tayong dapat ikakabahala. Magiging magaan ang lahat. A life without worries.

A - prov 3:5 TRUST the LORD with all your HEART.

At ipinagakatiwala po namin sa inyo ang aming buhay yes Lord we have our own plans
but still your plan is better than our. Our life is in you Lord and we trust you no matter what happens. Give
everyone strength in their hearts.
EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT
We will all turn our HEARTS to
you o Lord.

God’s rejection
S - Jeremiah 18:11-12
“Now therefore say to the people of Judah and those living in Jerusalem “This is what the
Lord says: Look! I am preparing a disaster for you and divising a plan against you, So turn
from your evil ways each one of you, and reform your ways and actions”
“But they will reply,’It is no use. We will continue with our own plans each of us will follow
the stubborness of his evil heart”

O - Sinabi ng verse na ito na God is preparing a disaster for us because we are all sinners, we
keep on doing our plans, our ways.
Hindi natin naiintindihan na in this situation GOD is
teaching us to PRAY, to repent our sins directly to him, to change our hearts, to be renew, to
be born again to a new character, to a godly character. Why is it still theres a lot of people na
kagalingan. Bakit marami pa ring makasarili?

A - napakatigas ng ulo natin.

Lord, have mercy on us all. AMEN

04-16-2020

S - Jeremiah 19:3
“Hear the word of the Lord, O Kings of Judah and people of Jerusalem. This is what the
Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says “Listen! I am going to bring a disaster on this place
that will make the ears of everyone who hears of it tingle.”

How am I going to apply this verse in my life, But based
on this verse we have to REPENT our sin, Believe in only one God.
P - Lord,

Have mercy on us. Nakakaranas po kami ng disaster sa panahon ngayon and we don’t fully
understand how are we going to survive this. If this disaster is your way for us to turn back
to you let it be but please Lord be fast. Have mercy, save us. Do not be angry for us for too
long.

Amen

Jeremiah’s Complaint
S - Jeremiah 20:9
But if I say “I will not mention him or speak anymore in his name his word is in my heart
like a burning fire, shut up in my bones, I am weary of holding it in indeed, I cannot”

(when people cannot handle a logical argument they begin to attack the person)

O - Have you ever feel like giving up? Jeremiah felt that towards God. He is crying and
asking why did God lied to him, he thought about the promise of the Lord but then he fail to
get it. All he gets were mockery from the people he is prophecying with. Next is, when you
are losing hope in an argument have you ever got ito the point of attacking the person
because all you want to know is to depend yourself? He wanted to quit preaching but there is
something in him that perhaps saying that he cannot quit.
We people are like Jeremiah, we do complain, we want to quit/give up but sometimes there
is something that encourages us to continue and to fight. That fire.

A - Are we willint to stand against the overt evil, and trust God’s soverign wisdom for the
outcome of our witness? When life tumbles in do we question God’s prerogative to
determine our circumstances?

P - Lord,
Thank you that I can pour my hear to you. Keep me from charging you with falsehood. But
even when we are weak, thank you for the forgiveness and the healing that you manifest in
my life.

Amen.

The Choice
S - Jeremiah 21:8-9
This is what the Lord says: See, I am setting before you the way pf life and death, whoever
stays in the city will die by the sword, famine and plague. But whoever goes out and
surrenders to Babylonians who are besieging you will live he will escape with his life.

O - this is a test of faith. The Lord is telling them that if the people will follow him they will
live but if they refuse they will die. By loving and following the Lord, by accepting him we
will be saved. Our lives are made of choices the questions is what will be our choice?

death?
masaya walang worries and death is a life that is full of suffering and worries. We choose.

P - Lord,

magbago. For you are a mercyful and loving God.

Today we will choose to follow you in Jesus name.

What a good leader is?
S - Jeremiah 22:15-16
“Does it make you a king to have more and more cedar? Did not your father have food and drink? He did
what is right and just so all went well with him. He defended a cause of the poor and needy and so all went
well Is that not what it means to know me?” declares the Lord.

Kings of Judah

Josiah - last godly king in Judah

Jehoiahaz/Shallum - 3months reign son of Josiah

“Jehoiakim” - 11 years son of Josiah, built a house by unrighteousness

Jehoiachin - son of Jehoiakim

Zedekiah -

O - Here God is telling 2 different leader. One Is a leader who is taking advantage of his leadership by
having a luxurious way of life during crisis and the other one is a King who cares about his people. What
does it really mean to become a leader? What do you think is the purpose of a leader. In your family, how do
you handle it?

A - I have to “care” to become a good leader.
“CARE”

P - Lord,

My mind is full of battle at this moment. I care for them and I want to help but I am also worried about my
own future. But now thank you for answering that CARING is what you most likely want me to do.

S - Jeremiah 23:1-2
“Woe to the sheperds who are destroying and scattering the sheep of pasture”
“Because you have scattered the flock and driven them away and have not bestowed care on them, I will
bestow punishment on you for the evil you have done”

whom followed by mane flocks. Paano ba malaman kung fake prophets. It is when they speak to bring worry
to people. God does not want people to worry or to be afraid. He wants us to be at peace. Mayroon talagang
As a leader of the family or as a leader in your work.

A - Be careful of the wrong sheperd/prophet or do not be a fake prophet telling other the things that you
believe alone. Always pray for guidance. Learn how to filter information.

P - Lord,

isa. May all the fake prophet be gone on this earth.

Be our sheperd everday.

“Anything who has the word of the Lord bring the word of the Lord”

2 Basket of Figs
S - Jeremiah 24:6
“My eyes will watch over them for their good, and I will bring them back to this land. I will build them up
and not tear them down; I will plant them and not uproot them, I will give them a heart to know me, that I
am the Lord. They will be my people and I will be their God, for they will return to me with all their heart.

O - In these chapter God explain to Jeremiah the differences of 2 basket of pigs, the one who is very good
and the other one who is bad.
will bring back his people. Those who will turn back to him, will repend and accept him as their God. It also
shows that God never gives up on his people.

You have to choose. We all have
wisdom we know what is right from wrong but sometimes we are given a situation where in alam mo mali
but still you will do it. God has hopes foe us so do not frusttrate the Lord. Be a good ripen figs that are ready
to eat. Yung may pakinabang.

P - Lord,

Please do not give up on us everyday.
Itatanim at paparamihin.
Patuloy po kaming maniniwala at magtitiwala sa inyo Lord.

Amen

S - Jeremiah 25:32
“Look! Disaster is spreading from nation to nation a mighty storm is rising from the ends of the earth”
Biblically speaking GOD is punishing us for being a
From the previous chapter
namention doon yung 2 kinds of baskets of fig and yung tinutukoy ng Lord dito ay yung basket of figs na
kanya. And yes, matitigas ang ulo naming mga tao kagaya ngayon, dumaranas ang NATION to NATION ng
crisis due to COVID 19 and we are ask to stay at home but a lot of us don’t listen and follow.

A - LISTEN, FOLLOW, REPENT.
We have to keep in mind that this life is BY
God and FOR God.

asawa)

Iligtas niyo po kami.

AMEN

S - Jeremiah 26:12
The Jeremiah said to all the officials and all the people: “The Lord sent me to prophesy against this house
and this city all the things you have heard”

anumang disasters at crisis.

Make our faith as firm as Jeremiah’s faith.

In Jesus name we pray

AMEN…

S - Jeremiah 27:6
“And now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king
of Babylon, My servant, and the beasys of the fiels I have also given him to serve
him”
O - Can God use non-believer in our lives to move us in the direction Her wants
us to go?
heart and he recieved a servant heart.

A - Huwag maging rebelious dahil kahit gaano tayo ka rebelious God will not
stop until he changed our hearts to a servant heart.

P - Lord,

We want to again turn from our rebellious thoughts and be faithful to serve you
each day.

We surrender to you everything Lord.

Amen.

04-26-2020

S - Jeremiah 28:10
“Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke off the prophet Jeremiah’s neck and
broke it”

O - the yoke on Jeremiah’s neck represents that the Judah will be a captive of
Babylonian according to the Lord. But thid fake pophet tell the people that
everythings gonna be ok so do not worry and continue doing their own
businesess.

A - Do not ignore the Lords promises to you.

P - Lord,

We thank you for pursuing us into your arms of love.

Amen

S - Jeremiah 29:13-14
“You will seek and find me when you seek me with all your heart I will be found by you”
declare the Lord.

O - Kung nakakaranas tayo ng kahirapan ngayon, nakakulong o dumaranas ng pagsubok.

Ang pangako ng Diyos ay hindi tayo mananatili sa ganitong sitwasyon because GOD will
pick us up and bring us back to where we belong. Basta we have o seek on him. Kung
nakakaranas tayo ngayon gn Pandemya TATAPUSIN to ng LORD we have to be patient,
listen, follow.
A - This is what the Lord tell us SEEK.
Kapag mag problema at kailangan tayo. SEEK with all
your HEART.

P - Lord,

AMEN

Restoration
S - Jeremiah 30:11
“I am with you and I will SAVE you”
“Though I completely destroy all the nations among which I scatter you”
“I will not completely destroy you”
“I will discipline you but only with justice”
“I will not let you go entirely punished”

“you may give up on yourself but GOD never give up on you”
A - Huwag mawalan ng pag-asa.

Amen

Restoration
S - Jeremiah 31:18
“I have sure hear Ephraim moaning: You discipline me like an unruly calf and I have been discipline.
Restore me and I will return, because you are the Lord my God”

naniniwala tayo sa ating sariling kakayahan at sa ating sariling pinapaniwalaan, but Lord will not STOP
until we learn.
Everyone will be restored.

A - accept discipline from the Lord.
He will renew
us.

P - Lord,

AMEN

S - Jeremiah 32:27
“I am the Lord the God of all mankind Is anything to hard for me?”

mapapakinabangan.

A - Always remember that God is an all powerfull God. Believe his words. Nothing is imposible to him.

We will have faith in you.

AMEN.

S - Jeremiah 33:6
“I will bring health and healing to it, I will HEAL my people and will let them enjoy the abundant, peace
and security” - declares the Lord

A - Let us all PRAY, call on HIM, believe in HIM, have faith.

Lakasan
ang loob at paniniwala. Huwag matatakot. Huwag mag-aalala.

P - Lord,

Today, I am praying for restoration. May all of our heart be restored in your love. Do not let us live with fear
and worries. Let us live in your love peacefully.

AMEN.

Broken Bow
S - Jeremiah 34:15-16
Recently repented and did what is right in my sight. Each of you proclaimed freedom to his countrymen. You even
made a covenant before me in the house that bears my name.
But now you have turned around and profaned my name; each of you has taken back the male and the female slaves
you have set free to go where they wished. Yo have forced them to became uour slave again.

O - what does the biblical repentance means?

A - I am one of those who repent and then afterwards do the same sin again and again. Tao tayo. May mga kahinaan,
yes I have broken vows sa Lord marami. I am not a perfect christian. I made lots and lots of mistakes. In words, in
actions. Kapag sinabi
nating magdadaily devotion tayo, gawin natin. Magpapray gawin natin. Hindi lang dapat occasionally dapat
religously.
Through
RELATIONSHIP. When we made a promise lalo na sa Lord gawin natin.

P - Lord,

But I know God with you the word TAO lang ako will be KRSITIYANO ako at
bilang tao mangibabaw nawa ang aking pagiging Kristiyano.
AMEN

S - Jeremiah 35:14
“Jonadab son of Rechab ordered his sons not to drink wine and this command has been kept. To this day they do not
drink wine, because they obey their forefather’s command. But I have spoken to you again and again yet you have not
obeyed me.

O - the Recabites are an example of a good obeyer people because they follow thier father’s command a hundred
years ago knowing the fact that he is just a man a good example that Lord want us to follow. But the LORD speak to
Judah again and again yet they did not obey. Yes they repent but go back again to their old sinfulways.

These are the 2 example of people: the one who is a good follower and the other who doesnt want to listen to anyone
even God and as we can see in ths chapter God blesses the Recabites and bring punishment to the Judah.

The good followers are being blessed by the father and the other are being punished to learn. That how he show loves
to us.

A - kapag naging parent na ako I will set this verse as an example to my child if ever they don’t want to follow. As a
techer this also can be a good example. As for me naman. Malinaw na sa akin that God blesses and favored those who
follow his command but punishes those who do not. So choose.
Be a good follower

P - Lord,

Thank you for blessing me such a good words of example that I will surely keep in my heart for me as a follower and
as a good example for others. Lord use me to make your words be put in action.

Forgive me for all the sins and shortcomings I have done to you.

If I had become like Judah please punish me and If I follow to you like Recabites please bless me.

May all your words be put in action.

AMEN.

S - Jeremiah 36:23
“Whenever Jehudi had read three or four columns of the scroll, the king cut them into the firepot, until the
entire scroll was burned in the fire.”

A - Huwag matigas ang ulo.
Life is not a concrete ride. We also have to
experience and accept that we must go on a rough road, on a rocky road. Accept teaching.

P - Lord,

Amen.

S - Jeremiah 37:16-17
When Jeremiah entered the dungeon and the cells, and Jeremiah had remained there many
days, the Zedekiah the King sent and took him out. The king askes him secretly in his house
and said: “Is there any word from the Lord?” and Jeremiah said, “Ther is,” Then he said,
“You shall be delivered into the hand of the king og Babylon”

“It costs to be faithful. It cost Abraham the yielding up of his son. It cost Esther the risk of
her life. It cost Danile being cast into the den of lions. It cost Shadrach, Meshach and
Abednego being put in a fiery furnace. It cost Stephen death by stoning. It cost Peter a
martyr’s death. It cost Paul his life. Should we be surprise that it cost us something to be
faithful to our Lord the King?

A - God tests his servants faith. How faithful are we to God? What can we sacrifice for him?
What can we do for him as a servant? Can you still continue being faithful if it will cost you
your life?

P - Lord,

Please give us more grace today so that at the end of this day, we might be found to have
been faithful to serve you.

Thank you Lord again for your word, thank you for the understanding you have given me, I
know it is not enough to throughly understand your words.

May your words remain in our hearts forever.

Use us to spread your words to others Amen.

S - Jeremiah 38:6
“So they took Jeremiah and cast him into the dungeon of Malachiah the king’s son, which was in the court
of the prison, and they let Jeremiah down with ropes and in the dungeon there was no water, but mire (mud).
So Jeremiag sank in the mire”

A - We must learn how to trust the Lord when we are in the middle of our life battle. Do nut loose hope.
God has given us the wonderful hope that after the battle he will give us the heaven.

P - Lord,

We thank you for the gift of peace given to us every storm as we place all in your hands.

bodies at vaccine. Lahat
ng nakararanas ng paghihirap ay muling babangon.

We declare PEACE, HEALING, and end of the COVID 19 pandemic in JESUS name.

Amen

S - Jeremiah 39:18
“For I will surely deliver you, and you shall not fall by the sword: but your life shall be as a prize to you
because you have put your trust in me” - says the Lord.
O - this chapter give us s strong contrast between faithfulness and faithlessness. On one side we see
Jeremiah’s faithfullness to the Lord and God’s faithfullness to him in return. And on the other we see King
Zedekiah’s faithlessness and weakness, how he failed to be courageous when preassure came, and how he
end up paying a terrible price for his cowardly indecision.
Some of us put the trust on our own physical strength and rely so much of oursselves thingking that we can
do all things on our power and on our will. Not believing and trusting the Lord. Mayabang kasi tayo minsan
sasabihin natin, kayang kaya natin to. Hindi mangyayari yan. Everything is in my control.

A - Maliit man o malaki kinakailangan nating ipagkatiwala sa Panginoon. We have to surrender everything
to the Lord and put ALL our trust in him for he will surely guide us and deliver us.

P - Lord,

I surrender all to you, use me in your will, guide me. Everything is in you, by you and for you. Let me
follow your will Lord. I put all my trust in you Lord.

Amen.

S - Jeremiah 40:13-14

Moreover Johanan the son of Kareah and all the captains of the forces that were in the fields
came to Gedaliah at Mizpah, and said to him, “Do you certainly know that Baalis the king of
Ammonites has sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to murder you?” but Gedaliah son of
Ahikam did not believe them.
O - God desired for us to use WISDOM in making decisions and to respond quickly when he
gives us supernatural information. We discover that it is far simpler to obey the voive og
God than to shut our ears to what he is saying because we dislike confrontation.

A - God wants us to be creative, gracious, and loving in our conforntation, but also bold and
unafraid.
Harapin natin ang ating problema kasama ang Panginoon, maging malakas, magtiwala,
matatag.

P - Lord,

Help us to be courageous and wise enough to choose our battle.

Amen.

S - Jeremiah 41:2
“Then Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and the ten men who were with him, arose and struck
Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shapan, with the sword and killed him who the king
of Babylon had made governor over the land”

O - In the last chapter murderous plot was hatched against Gedaliah, Johanan warned
Gedaliah that Ishmael was planning to kill him but Gedaliah wouldnt believe it.
makinig at sumunod.
A - We all struggle against the temptation to trust ourselves and our own efforts, why do we
avoid simply praying and placing our hope fully in God? Instead we look to some other
human effort or person which can’t help us.
Let us put our TRUST and HOPE in the Lord.

P - Lord

We put our hope in you this day because you and only you have the words of eternal life.

As the world face the battle to pandemic our hearts will be full of trust and fope for the good
future.

May you give us strength in dwelling this battle.

May your name be lifted high.
May our hearts be full of Christ

S - Jeremiah 42:7
“Ten days later the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah”

O - This verse both encourage and convicts us. It is encouraging because even though
Jeremiah didn’t hear from the Lord right away, God did answer. It also convicts us, because
we often pray once for something and then when we don’t feel like were getting the answer,
we complain that God never listens or answers our prayers, and we stop seeking him. There
are many few time in our life whe we have sought God on something consistently, everyday
for days in a row.

A - the delay was to test the people. God wants us to be patient, faithfull and prayerfull.

P - Lord,
We need your grace to make us a people of our word today.

I even cried asking you why me? Bakit hindi pa
rin siya natutupad.

I pray to you O Lord that you give me the courage to wait patiently on that moment.

Im sorry for thingking so instant.

how to pray.

I believe and I recieve my prayer in the mighty name of Jesus today.

Amen

S - Jeremiah 43:7
“So they went to the land of Egypt, for they did not obey the voice of the Lord. And they
went as far as Tahpanes”

Promised Land ang land of FREEDOM.

A - Learn how to LISTEN and FOLLOW to word of the Lord and not to be tempted on your
own desicision.

P - Lord,

Keep us from temptation this day we ask, in Jesus name

We are surrendering everything to you Lord.

Amen

S - Jeremiah 44:16
“As for the word that you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord, WE WILL NOT
LISTEN TO YOU”

O - the great IDOL in present age is the “FOLLOW YOUR HEART” religion. Bakit ba
LORD maraming magiging bawal. Hindi ka magiging masaya. Ang mga tao ay makasarili.
May sarili tayong desisyon.

Kinakailangan palitan natin yung FOLLOW YOUR HEART sa FOLLOW GOD’s HEART.

Amen

S - Jeremiah 45:5
“and do not seek great things for yourself? Do not seek them, for behold, I will bring adversity in all flesh,
says the Lord, ‘But I will give your life to you as a prize in all places, whereever you go.”

O - Baruch, Jeremiah’s secretary, was the one who wrote out all the words God had given to Jeremiah and
then read them to the people. Baruch was an educated man. His brother was a high official under King
Zedekiah, and his grandfather had been the governor of the Jerusalem during Josiah’s Reign. He came from
a successful family and had high xpectation of his own life. But his aspiration was affected by Jeremiah’s
prophecy against Israel, and he was upset about it.

“for whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. For
what profit it is to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man exchange
for his own soul?

A - do not aspire to become so high. Aspire to become a slave of GOD.

AMEN.

S - Jeremiah 46:28
“Do not fear o Jacob my servant for I am with you,” declares the Lord.
“Though I completely destroy all the nations among which I scatter you. I will not completely destroy you. I
will discipline you but only with justice. I will not let you go entirely unpunished.”

Mabuhay nawa kaming isang mabuting tagasunod/tagapaglingkod niyo.

AMEN.

S - Jeremiah 47:-6-7
“”Ah sword of the Lord’, you cry, how long till you rest? Return to your scabbard; cease and be still.’ But
how can it rest when the Lord has commanded it, when he has ordered it to attack Ashkelon and the
seacoast?”

O - Jeremiah continues to prophecy of the destruction of nations round about Israel. This chapter is about
Philistines, whose primarily cities of Tyre and Sidon and Ashkelon. The Lord is using Babylonions for more
purposes than caturing his own people to teach them a lesson. While they’re at it, they are inflicting
punishment on all those nations that have sinnes against the Lord greatly.
We come to the greatness of the Lord. So often we stated and yet so often forgotten in practice. HIs holliness
is beyond even the most perfect thing we could imagine. Sin is absolutely intolerable to him. We can sure
that e can do sin that he will bring punishment on that, perhaps not straightaway, but it will happen.
What you saw is what you reap. (blogspot)

A - Let’s not play games and mess about this life. This is serious. When God gets angry nobody can stop
Him. Specially when you committ sin nothing can stop God from punishing you so be carefull not to mess
that God’s given life.

P -Lord,

Amen.

S - Jeremiah 48:9-10
“Give wings to Moab that she may flee and get away. For her cities shall be desolate, without any to dwell
in them. Cursed is he who does the work of the Lord decietfully, and cursed is he who keeps back his sword
from blood.”

O - In the popular world of marathon running , there is group of people known as “t-shirt runners”. these
people go to famous races , like the Boston Marathon, and run just long enough to be photographed among
the mob in the pictures that are taken at the starting line, then after running a few blocks, they drop out. But
they still wear the t-shirt brag about running as though they had actually run the marathon. They run for
appearance , and never intended to finished the race. -Pastor Ed Rea

A - Let us give God our whole-life, let us not limit our ways of serving him. Parang kapag gumawa tayo ng
isang bagay God want us o give our best para wala tayong pagsisihan sa huli. Let us submit fully ourselves
to the Lord.

P - Lord,

Help us to serve you with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength this day.

Lord, alam ko po na hindi po ako fully submitted to you for I always let you have my few minutes in reading
and studying your words. Lord help me to learn how to fully submit myself to you before using me to be a
servant.

I submit to you everything Lord.

Let me serve you wholeheartedly.

Amen

S - Jeremiah 49:38-39
“I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from there the king and the princes, says the Lord. But it
shall come to my pass in the later days. I will bring back the captives of Elam, says the Lord”
O - Napansin ko lang sa loob ng dalawang buwang quaratine dito sa aming bansa God speaks to me through
the book of Jeremiah.
God is using this situation to judge us.
Almighty God raises up and puts down kings and nations, even using the actions of non-believing Gentile
leaders to ultimately fullfill his purposes. God’s ultimate desire is that individuals from “every tribe and
tongue” will surrender to him, recieve eternal life, and spend eternity with him (Rev 7:9)

Bible story repeats.
Let us all REPENT and SURRENDER eberything to the Lord God for this is the reason why we live. Lets
make him the driver of our lifes. Trust him GLENDA!

Savings(for the future),

Amen.

S - Jeremiah 50:1-2
“The word that the Lord spoke against Babylon and against the land of the Chaldeans by Jeremiah the
prophet. Declare among the nations, proclaim and set up a standard, proclaim do not conceal its say,
Babylon is taken, Bel is shamed, Merodach is broken in pieces, her idols are humiliated, her image is broken
in pieces.

O - Jeremiah’s book was full of warning. Telling the people to REPENT and to STOP from serving their
different man-made IDOLS. It is repeatedly happening from nation to nation. God tries to warn people but
people do not listen to him and continue their doings.
A - In the present times, we are also being warned by God not to be conformed with the works of the world.
Not to rely on the things the world has given us. God wants us to see the true purpose of our lives, God want
a simpler life for us here on earth. Not complicated life with the things that makes us busy. Lets focus on the
GOD-GIVEN reason. Let us not be like Judah and Babylonians and other nations that Jeremiah spokes to.
Let us open our hearts to the one who had given us everyhting.
MINIMALIST

S - Jeremiah 51:64
“Then you shall say,’thus Babylon shal sink and not rise from the catastrophe that I will bring upon her. And
they shall be weary.’ Thus far are the words of Jeremiah.”

O - Babylon means the city of man. It represents the great false religion of the world, man’s own flesh, and
sin.
Man grows weary in the battle between good and evil, and look forward to the day when good will finally
conquer evil. But until the day comes, we must continually reach out to encourage one another, supporting
our fellow pilgrms, as we progress this journey towards heaven and eternity.
A - -change of perspective. Many people think the same, when they see wrong to one people they tent to
bash and undestand only the tangible things that yes he/she made mistakes (this is from kimchui’s Bawal
lumabas isyu. I am guilty about this also because I automatically get turned off by kim chui’s knowledge. In
this world full of so many perfect mind and mouth we have to change our perspective. CHOOSE to be kind
to encourage many to alse be kind as well.

P - Lord,

Help us to fight the good fight today. Walk with us as we endeavor to serve you along the path toward City
of God.

Help us to
change our way of thingking to fully change our way of life.

The day will definitely come that you will JUDGE us. It is better to do good than to do nothing at all.

May we all listen now, repent now and follow now. In Jesus mighty name

Amen

S - Jeremiah 52:31
Now it came to pass in the thirthy-seventh year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth
month, on the twety-fifth day of the month, that evil Merodach King of Babylon, in the first year of his
reign, lifted up the head of Jehoichin King of Judah brought him out of prison.

O - this is the end of the book of Jeremiah, this is said that Jeremiah is not the one who wrote it, that Baruch
wrote it.
Mercy and grace are fundamental parts of God’s character, they are freely given and cannot be bought at any
price, but we must ask for them.
God will help us. God will have mercy on us.

P - Lord,

We ask again for your grace and mercy this day to be used by you in your great harvest of souls for eternity.

We may have been facing crisis right know but we will have faith in you oh Lord that you will pick us up,
you will give us mercy and grace.

In Jesus name.

Amen

S - Lamentations 1:3
“Judah has gone into captivity under affliction and hard servitude, she dwells among the nations, she finds
no rest, all her persecutors overtake her in dire straits.”

O - From eternity we will look back with pity on those who wated those dhort years of this life chasing
short-term social and financial ambitions. God intends for each of our lives to have lasting significance and
positive, eternal consquences Jesus said it clearly in John 12:25-26

He who love his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. If
anyone serves me, let him follow me, and where I am ther my servant will be also. If anyone serves me, him
my father will honor.

A - God prepared something for us do no focus on our own ambitious desire.
eternal life.
pansamantalang pagpapala.
P - Lord,

Send your grace onto our lives this day so that we can serve you faithfully.

Amen

S - Lamentation 2:14
“Your prophets have seen for you, false and deceptive visions, they have not covered their inequity, to bring
back your captives, but have envisioned for you false prophecies and delusions”

O - false prophets foretolds lies of peace and comfort to the people of Jerusalem. The people wanted to hear
omly good things coming, even though it was a direct contradiction to what God had commanded Jeremiah
to speak. These prophets also refuse to speak out against the open sins of idolatry going on in the city. By
refusing to take stand against sin, they actually helped bring about Jerusalem’s final destruction.
All this happened because the people of Jerusalem refused to REPENT.
Totoo naman talaga FALSE PROPHET COMFORT people kahit mali na they tend to tell themselves na its
OK, life is too short, YOLO, sige gawin natin ito, go lang push, minsan lang mabuhay sa mundo. It will turn
us to be a sinner.

A - REPENT! There is a Romania where believers are reffered to as “ The REPENTERS. They understand
that willingness to confess and repent of sin is what ought clearly distinguish us form unbelieving the world.

P - Lord,

We repent of our sins and turn to you now, asking you to empower us to walk with you this day.
Help us to not listen to all the false hopes, false prophets that will lead us to sin continiuosly. Let us accpet
not only good news but also bad news and may we learn how to handle it with you.

False prophets can be ourselves, the ordinary people around us, I pray that you will give us wisdom so that
we can undertand what to do oh Lord.

In Jesus name we pray…

Amen

S - Lamentation 3:22
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail.”
Lamentation 3:39-43
“Why should any living man complain when punished for his sin”
“Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord, let us lift up our hearts and our
hands to God in Heaven and say: We have sin and rebelled and you have not forgiven”

Do not question the Lord.

A - “let us lift up our hearts and our hands to God in Heaven and say: We have sin and rebelled and you
have not forgiven”

Amen

S - Lamentation 4:2
“The precious son of Zion, valuable as fine as gold, how they are regarded as clay pots, the work of the
hands of the potter.”

Gold means a wholly God-created metal.
Becoming a child of God is a definite, creative act of God that occurs through the new birth experience, as
Jesus old Nicodemus in John 3 “You must be Born Again”. Malachi 3:3 God will sit as a refiner and purifier
of silver. God is saying to his children though broken and full of impurities, are such of great value to Him
that he does not simply discard them.

A - a goldsmith knows that he must place the gold ore into the hottest part of the fire to melt off the
undesirable elements. He also knows that he must keeo a constant eye on the process so that the gold is not
over-heated and lost. How does the goldsmith know that the process id complete and the gold is truly refined
into a fine gold? When he can see his image clearly reflected in the liquid metal.

P - Lord,

We feel the heat of your refiner’s fire in our lives, but we do trust that you will never allow the fire to get too
hot.

I believe that we are in the process right now and you are keeping a constant eye on us as we face a crisis,
you are waiting to see your reflection on us during this moment around the world. May your glory be
fulfilled around the world. May you see your reflection to all you people around the world.

Amen.

S - Lamentation 5:4-6
“We pay for the water we drink for the water we drink, and our wood comes at price. They pursue at our
heels, we labor and have no rest. We have given our hand to the Egyptians and the Assyrians, to be satisfied
with bread.”

O - Jeremiah tells us that the Babylonian Officials charged the jewish slaves for their own water and
firewood to cook in Babylon. As forced labor, they were driven hard and were struggling. They had chosen
at different times throughout their history to foolishly place their trust in human goovernment, making
ungodly alliances with sorounding pagan nation, instead of trusting God.
Bagsusuffer ang mga anak ng mga makakasalanan. The future suffers because of the present.

A - it is always better to trust in the Lord rather than put any confidence in humanity. Man often deals
unfairly and harshly with us, but God, because of his great mercy, desires to pardon and forgive us. He saw
the brokeness in our lives and our helplessness against sin, and so he sent His only son, Jesus Christ, who
because of love for us, allowed Himself to be nailed to the cross, where he paid for the consequences of our
sin. So REPENT.

P - Lord,

We thank you for willingly exchanging your life for ours.

Change of perspective. May you be the center of ALL.

In Jesus name. Amen.

S - Ezekiel 1:2-3
“On the fifth day of the month, which was in the fifth year of King Jehoiachin;s captivity. The world of the
Lord came expressly to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of Chaldeans by the river Chebar, and
the hand of the Lord was upon him there.”

O - These opening chapter record’s Ezekiel’s encounter with the living God called him to be a prophet and it
changed Ezekiel for the rest of his life. Ezekiel’s vision of God’s command center is one of the most
remarkable visions in all of the scriptures.
Our modern news services are so focused on the staggering powers of the evil that we believers can easily
lose sight of the omnipotent throne of God. Even if all else is missed in the book of Ezekiel, certainly no one
can miss that this vision shows that nothing is beyond immeasurable power of God. The 21 st century world
has weapons that would make any sane person fearful were it not for the fact that 1 John 4:4 is istill true:
“He who has in you is greater that he who is in the world”.

A - GOD is in CONTROL. That is for sure.
Panginoon. There will come a time na hindi na nating kakayanin but we have to be strong, take courage and
believe.

P - Lord,

Thank You, that you have control over everything in our lives, and all we need to do to get through
everything facing us is to trust in you.

There is a fear in me, because I know God that you will get me through lots of challenges in life, I don’t
have an idea if I can face those ready-made challenges, but I do believe that I can with you.

nalagpasan, sa ngayon po smooth sailing pa ako Lord, my battle today is that my husband is too far from me
(we are distant form each other by flesh but not by heart and soul). I really wanted to be with him lalo na po
ngayong pandemic. But I do believe Lord that you will not let us suffer for long. You will give us the rest of
ourlives to be together thats all I am asking for today and I trust you Lord in this matter and I claimed
VICTORY upon VICTORY. BLESSING upon BLESSING. In Jesus name AMEN.

S - Ezekiel 2:4-5
“For they are imprudent and stubborn children. I am sending you to them, and you shall say to them,
whether they hear or whether they hear or whether they refuse-for they are rebellios house- yet they will
know that a prophet has been among them.

O - God is still trying to reach His people after Jeremiah he called Ezekiel as a priest and prophet among the
captives of Babylon. He called His people “imprudent and stubborn” or litterally “hard-faced and hard-
hearted. Nevertheless, He still consider them his children. He told Ezekiel that no matter what happen he
must do what God told him to do.
Our faces and and hearts become hardened when facing the truth. (makikita nila!) “it is interesting that the
same sun that melts the wax, hardens the clay”. It all depends on the condition of the material being heated.
It is the same with God’s discipline. To the heart that is still soft and seeking the truth, it bring repentance.
But to the willfully rebelious , it brings further hardening. These children of God, in the face of discipline.
Choose to continue the sin.

A - kasi nga people are always looking for joy kaya kapag nahirapan sila its either marealize nila yung mali
nila or mas maging matigas sila. The desicion is in us to be a WAX of to be a CLAY? Let us not have a
hardened heart and face. Let us be more humble, accept our weaknesses , learn to submit to the Lord and
REPENT.

P - Lord
Help us to keep our eyes today on the “LONG-VIEW” of eternity, weighing everything we say and do today
by that standard.

Let us not be conformed with the work of the world. Do not look for short-term happines, learn to wait, be
patient, everything has its own time. Learn to repent and be humble.

GOD IS THE GREAT PROVIDER of everything.

AMEN

S - Ezekiel 3:27
“But when I speak to you, I will open our mouth and you shall say to them, ‘This is what the Soveriegn Lord
says. ‘ Whoever will listen let him listen, and whoever will refuse let him refuse; for they are a rebellious
house.”

And YES hindi talaga marunong
We are driven by the WORLDLY
ways/things. Kasi nga matitigas ang ulo natin. YOLO!

Mahirap magsalita
kapag walang gustong makinig. Anong gagawin natin ngayon? God tole Ezekiel to SPEAK, makinig ang
gustong makinig ang ayaw ay huwag. Tell the world the things that they should know from me.

P - Lord,

salita niyo. Huwag nawa naming balewalain ang anumang pinaguutos niyo.
Ang panalanging ito ay idinadalangin namin
Sa pangalan ni Hesus. Amen

OUR SIN IS A SERIOUS MATTER
S - Ezekiel 4:16
He said to me: “Son of man I will cut off the supply of food in Jerusalem. The people will eat rationed food
in anxiety and drink water in despair”

Amen.

S - Ezekiel 5:1-2
“And you son of man, take a sharp sword, take it as a barber’s razor, and pass it over your head and your
beard, then tale scales to weigh and devide the hair. You shall burn with fire one-third in the midst of the
city, when the days of the seige are finished, then you shall take one-third and strike around it with sword,
and one-third you shall scatter in the wind; I will draw out a sword after them.

O - in Hebrew society it was a symbol of disgrace for a man to have his head and beard shaved. This verse
illustrated how God will vanished all the people in Jerusalem who do not submit their life to them.
Throughout scipture, the grace of God has always preserved a faithful remnant of people who believe and
have placed their trust in Him. The person refuses to surrender to the rule of God, while the humble person
welcomes his protection and guidance.

P - Lord,

We have placed all of our being on the fact that you do exist and are full of love and mercy. Guide us all this
day through the maze of life’s pathway.

Amen

S - Ezekiel 6-9
“Then those of you who escape will remember me among the nations where they are carried captive,
because I was crushed by their adulterous heart which has departed from me, and by their eyes which play
the Harlot after their idols; they will loathe themselves for the evils which they committed in all their
abomination”

O -God is broken hearted by his faithless people rejecting his love in this chapter. Marami sa ating
nakaranas ng ng broken heartedness but nothing match the God’s brokeness to his people.

Our modern idolatry is very much like what the ancient Israelites practices in that both are essentially
materialistic. Years ago. Pastor Donald Grey Barnhouse was counseling a young woman in front of the
church after an evening service. She said she wanted to follow Christ but she also wanted to pursue a stage
career in New York and become famous. . “After I have made it in the theater, I’ll follow Christ completely”
she said. The pastor took a key out of his pocket and scratched a mark on a mailbox near them.. “That it is
what God will let you do,” he said “He will let you scratched the surface of success, Get close enough to the
top to know what is, but never let you have it, because he will never let one of his children have anything
rather than himself.
know I failed sa bagay na ito kasi I plan so much in life, ang tigas ng ilo ko sabi ko isusurrender ko na sa
Lord lahat ng plano ko sa kanya but still I want to control it. Kaya madalas hindi successful ang plano. Let
God.

P - Lord,

Amen.

S - Ezekial 7:19
“They will throw thier silver into the streets, and their silver and their gold will not be able to deliver them.
In the day of the wrath of the Lord, they will not satisfy their souls, nor fill their stomachs, because it
became their stumbling block of iniquity.”

O - Ezekiel gave God’s people a clear warning that their money would become worthless. Its is goood for us
to consider things that we thought were so important but that just a few years later were useless.
The poeple of Ezekiel’s day had grown cold in their relationship with God because they had put their eyes
onto unimportant, temporal things. They had failed to keep the main thing. One way we can stay focused is
to occasionally ask ourselves.
“If I only have 24 hours to live, what would I do?”

A - Most of us would be spending that precious time with loved once and making sure that unbelieving once
heard the Good News one more time. Perhaps that means then, that the things we value most in life are
relationships with love ones. Today it would be good to major on relationships being careful not to get
caught up majoling minors.

P - Lord,
Our relationship with you is the most important one today. Help us to keep it first as we also seek to touch
others for You.

What’s in the Mind
S - Ezekiel 8:12
“Then he said to me, ‘Son of man, have you seen what the elders of the house of Israel do in the dark, every
man in the room of his idols? For they say,” The Lord does not see us, the Lord has forsaken the land.””

O - God showed Ezekiel what was really going on in the minds of the so-called spiritual leaders of Israel.
Their thought-lives revealed that they were secretly worshiping idols, even back before their captivity, when
they were still in the temple.
These Jewish leaders had fallen into the same inaccurate assumptions that many still do to this day, wrongly
thinking: “the Lord does not see us” and “the Lord has forsaken the land”. They thought God was so far
from removed from the earth and humanity that it didn’t really matter to him how they lived or what they
thought.

A - There is an ancient Italian story about a scholar who spent endless hours alone reading from his vast
collection of books. His friends were bewildered when they found him dead one day. They could find no
indication of what happened to the scholar literally, often happens figuratively to those who defile their own
imagination with immoral books, magazines or movies.
Do not be caught up in what was in our mind. Remember that God is always watching us.

P - Lord,

Amen

S - Ezekiel 9:8

“So it was, that while they were killing them, I was left alone, and I fell on my face and cried out, and said,
‘Ah, Lord God! Will you destroy all the remnant of Israel in pouring out your fury on Jerusalem?”

O - After God showed Ezekiel the destruction of his nation, Ezekiel asked if God was going to destroy
everything, including the faithful. Then Lord replies that sin demands judgement, but that he would spare
the faithful remnant. God was sparing those who understood their need for confession and repentance and
who were keeping short accpunts with Him.
King David understood repentance better that most Old Testament saints.
“Have mercy upon me, O God, according to your loving kindness; according to the multitude of your tender
mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.” -
Psalm 51:1-2

A - REPENTANCE
Turn from our sins and fall on the great grace that God gives to us, which freely justifies us and enables us
to wlak with Him ( Rom. 3:23, Titus 3:7)

P - Lord,

“Forgive us of our sins and cleanse us again. Revive us to be your faithful remnant in this our generation”
masamang gawain. Panginoon tulungan niyo po kaming magbago. Alalayan niyo po kami patungo sa
liwanag.
Huwag niyo po kaming hayaang makalimot at maligaw.

Sa pangalan ni Hesus

Amen.

S - Ezekiel 10:18
“Then the glory of the Lord departed from the threshold of the temple and stood over the Cherubin”

O - this chapters is the continuation of the vision of the Lord. In this chapter also talks about the Idolaters.
It is not uncommon today to meet people who claim to be believers because of something that happened to
them years or even decades ago. Because they once have some kind of encounter with God today, they think
he is still with them, in spite of the decidedly ungodly lifestyle they have lived ever since. Apathy puts many
to sleep because they fail to seek a personal relationship with the living God.

passionate tayo pero habang tumatagal ginagawa na lang natin siya for the sake of telling others that we are
still praying pero wala nanaman relationship sa Lord. We have to learned to love God everyday not only
nasanay na tayong may tinatawag na Lord ang tanong is the Lord you are calling today is the Lord you are
calling before?

P - Lord,

We do not want to become apathetic in our relationship with you. We implore you to invade our very word
and deed today. By your spirit, keep us fress and alive in you.

I know God na my faith is on fire nung nasa JA1 ako but now I admit that my faith is shaking.
kulang.
Lord ang dami niyo pong pagpapala sa amin mag-asawa ngayong taon na ito despite of the pandemic hindi
niyo po namissed magbless ng tao.

You really are a loving God.

Thank You po
Amen

The Heart Transplant
S - Ezekiel 11:19-20
“Then I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them, and take the stony heart out of their
flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, that they may walk in My statutes and keep my Judgements and do
them, and they shall be my people, and I will be their God”

O - God promises to give a whole or undivided heart to believers in this, his new-covenant time. A very
similar description of the new covenant is found in both Jeremiah 31:31 and Ezekiel 36:26. This idea of
removing a hard or stony heart was the cry of King David in Psalm 51:10. “Create in me a clean heart, O
God, / and renew a right spirit within me.” Notice that when we surrender and repent, it is God who does the
work of cleansing our hearts and minds.
The cost of a heart transplant in 2010 was 864,700 dollars that was 10 years ago. However the most reliable
and lasting heart transplant a person can ever recieve is the one God performs on us when we HUMBLE
ourselves before Him, CONFESSING and REPENTING, SURRENDERING our lives to Him. He
performes by performing cardiac surgery on us. We recieve a fresh, new, whole, undivided heart that will
never fail and will never need replacing again. And He fills us with the Holy Spirit to help keep our new
heart beating for him.

During the Civil War, American evangelist D.L. Moody said:

“I believed firmly that the moment our hearts emptied of pride and selfishness and ambition and everything
that is contrary to God’s law, the Holy Spirit will fill every corner of our hearts. But if we are full of pride
and conceit and ambition and the world, there is no room for the Spirit of god. We must be emptied before
we can be filled.

A - We must know how to HUMBLE ourselves. We must be emptied before we can be filled. CONFESS.
REPENT. SURRENDER.

P - Lord,
“Create in us a new heart this day as we surrender to YOU again and seek YOUR will for our path”
Amen
06-09-2020

S - Ezekiel 12:1-2
“Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying: ‘Son of Man, you dwell in the midst of a rebellious house,
which has eyes to see but does not see, and ears to hear but does not hear: for they are a rebellious house.’”

O - this was during the second attach of Nebuchadnezzar approximately 10,000 Jews have been captured
and taken 600 miles of Jerusalem to Babylon to live in Slavery.
Naghanap sila ng mga salitang magcocomfort sa kanila and they continue being
deaf to the words of the Lord. Instead they believe in false prophets.
There is an old story of a carpenter nailing shingles on a second story roof, who lost his footing and began to
slide off. He immediatle starter praying, “Lord, oh Lord, help me!” When he kept sliding, he shouted “Lord
help me and I’ll go back to church!” Just as he came to the edge of the roof, a nail that was sticking out
caught hold of his pants. He came to stop and said, “Never mind, Lord. The nail saved me.” We can become
so blind to God’s work in our lives that we fail to see the various nails God uses to try and get our attention.

A - Open the eyes of my heart Lord.

Amen.

The Black Magic
S - Ezekiel 13:18
“Thus says the Lord God: “Woe to the women who ser magic charms on their sleeves and make veil for the
heads of the people of every height to hunt souls! Will you hunt the souls of my people, and keep yourselves
alive?”

O - The women God was rebuking in this passage are women who claimed to be prophesying but where in
fact involved in what we would today call black magic or occult. Ezekiel was told to announce God’s
judgement on these women who were hunting for the souls of God’s people. This powerful imoage of how
ther were using black magic to trap people and bring them under their power, ultimately leading them astray
from the truth of God.
Jesus pointed out the importance of the soul when He asked, “For what profit is it to a man if he gains the
whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Matt. 16:26). On
the most enticing and manipulativesnares of the occult today, and possibly what the women in Ezekiel’s day
were doing, is trying to contact people’s deceased loved ones. The only way to see our departed loved ones
again is to follow Jesus Christ and reunite with them in the Kingdom of God in eternity.

A - How careful we must to avoid anything that could bring us into bondage to the kingdom of darkness.
There is no such thing as innocent fun when it comes to sorcery. Ouija boards, tarot reading, palm reading,
and horoscope, all seek power from a source other than God. So what should a new believer do when they
come to Christ and remember that they have these items of sorcery in their home? They should do exactly
what the new believers in Acts did, many of those who had practiced magic brought their books together and
burned them in the sight of all (19:19).

P - Lord,
The only power we desire to be active in our lives is the power of Your Holy Spirit.

Maunawaan nawa namin kayo.

Amen.

S - Ezekiel 14:3
“Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their hearts, and put before them that which causes them to stumble
into iniquity. Should I let myself be inquired of at all by them?”

O - In this verse, God was speaking to Ezekiel, “son of man,” concerning a group pf elders of Israel who had asked
Ezekiel to seek God for guidance on their behalf. But in reality these religious leaders were worshiping idols and
leading lives filled with habitual sin. They liked to appear spiritual but they were in fact simply playing games with
God. The Lord had continue to give me grace and truth up until this time, but they had refused to submit the surrender
to Him. They had allowed idols to become their life’s focus, and God was calling them on their hypocracy. Galatians
tells us that God will not mocked, “for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

A - as believers we must continually be assesing our lives in light of eternity. When professional golf player Paul
Azinger learned 1993 that he had cancer said:

I was in shock. I had thought that Dr. Jobe would tell me thay had discovered some of weird infection in my
shoulder or possibly even a stress fracture. The one word I never expected to hear him say was cancer.

Thankfully, his cancer was curable. After going through chemotherapy and radiation treatment, Azinger returned to
the golf tour cancer free, when asked if golf was still important to him, he said:

Yes and no. Yes, of course golf is important to me. I love that game; it is how I make living. But no, golf is no
longer at the top of my priority list. In face, it runs a slow fourth. My priorities now are God, my family, friends and
golf. Golf is no longer my God. Golf is hitting a little white ball. God is my God. God is a whole lot bigger than golf.

Isnt it interesting how cancer and other life-threatening diseases have a way of putting priorities in the correct
order?

P - Lord,

We thank You for the eternal perspective You have called us to this day.
Amen.

The Vine, the Branch and the Fruit
S - Ezekiel 15-2
“Son of man, how is the wood of the vine better than any other wood, the vine branch which is among the trees of the
forest?”

O - In Isaiah 5, God used the symbol of a vine and a vineyard for the nation of Israel. Since Isaiah lived and
prophesied 100 years earlier, it was a familiar passage to the Jews of Ezekiel’s day, so they knew that God was
refferring to them in Ezekiel 15:2. The question God was raising here was: “ What practical use is a grape wood?” The
obvious answer that if not alive and producing fruit, it is not good for anything. No furniture crafts man that would
consider making an end of the table or chair from this weak and easily bent wood. It is not even strong enough to use
as wooden pegs to hang things on the wall. God desires for Israel to be fruitful vine, and for pagan nations to be
attracted to their spiritual fruit and come to know God Almighty. But they were not bearing fruit, and God was
warning them.
Without JESUS we can not do ANYTHING
A - We too are called to be fruitful in our lives so others are attracted to God dwelling in us. The primary purpose for
us being attached to Him, the vine, is to bear fruit.
“every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it, that it may bear more fruits” - JESUS
John 15:2
Perhaps God is currently pruning you, as he has been me lately, and you neet to be reminded of this truth. Jesus
always prunes with the purpose of increasing our productivity, so that we might bear even more fruit.

P - Lord,

“We surrender again to You afresh this day so we can be fruitful, letting others see You in us”

you are working on my life today para mas maging fruitful servant po ako Tommorow.

Amen.

Do You Remember?
S - Ezekiel 16:5
“No eye pitied you, to do anything of these thing for you, to have compassion on you; but you were thrown out into
the open field, when you yourself were loathed on the day you were born”

O - This parable found in chapter 16, the longest chapter in the Book of Ezekiel. It is about Jerusalem itself. It
recounts His grace and kindness to them; how he saw them naked and and uncared for and covered them and made
them thrive. It also shows the ungrateful responses to Him; how they rejected Him and went after false IDOLs over
and over again. And so He brought punishment to Jerusalem.

Distraction - Disconnection - Discontentment

This picture of Israel being lost in sin and abominations, without any hope, is an accurate model for each of us who is
lost in our sin. We too are trapped and have no hope except for the gracious gift of God extended to us. This chapter
about their sin and punishment of that sin, closes with a beautiful promise of God, one that is true for every person,
then now.

A - God promises that when they REMEMBERED their ways and were ashamed, He would establish Hid covenant
with them.
That atonement in Jesus, and He is more than able to cover every sin, every dark failure we fear we can’t be forgiven
for.

P - Lord

We were lost, trapped, without hope, but You released us to grow to become everything You have planned for us. Use
us this day we ask, in Jesus name.

We are easily distacted and
then we become disconnected and then we are discontented because we are being lost in your way.

Lord, help us find You in the middle of US. Let us not waste your precious given time for us to serve you and to see
the real reason of our living.

In Jesus name we pray.

Amen

S - Ezekiel 17:23
“On the mountain height of Israel I will plant it; and it will bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a
majestic cedar. Under it wil dwell of every sort; in the shadow of its branches they will dwell.”

O - The parable ends with a beautiful picture of the Messiah as a tree planted “on the mountain height of
Israel,” with birds of every sort” dwelling under it. Jesus Christ’s kingdom will indeed be established on
high mountain named Zion.

iiwan at pababayaan.

RENEW our hearts oh Lord.

Amen.

S - Ezekiel 18:2-4
“What do you mean when you use proverb concerning the land of Israel saying: ‘ The Fathers have eaten
sour grapes,/ and the childrens’s teeth are set on edge’? / “As I live,” says the Lord God, : You shall no
longer use this proverb in Israel.” Behold, all souls are mine; The soul of the father / as well as the soul of
the son is mine; / The soul who sins shall die.

O - God responds by saying each man is responsible for his own acts and he will be judged by his acts. It is
true that if a person refuses God’s gift of life all of their days and dies, then “the soul shall die” (18:4). But
id a man is just and does what is lawful and right. . .He shall surely live” (18:5,9). God’s people didn’t want
to repent or be held accountable for their sin. They wanted to blame God and accuse Him of not being fair.
As humans, we often think “revenge is sweet”, but God’s motives are always pure. He said, “I have no
pleasure in the death of the one who dies” (18:31). God takes no pleasure in retribution or revenge. He was
calling out to these stiff-necked children, and He calls out to us today, “Turn and live!” (18:32)

A - REPENT and LIVE! The Divine Soul, who did not sin, who did what was right and lawful, died for us;
and when we turn to Him, His righteousness covers us and we LIVE!

P - Lord,
“We are and shall remain etenrnally grateful for your sacrifice on our behalf.”

Amen.

S - Ezekiel 19:1-2
“Moreover take up a lamentation for the princes of Israel, and say: / ‘What is your mother? A lioness:/ She
lay down among the lions; / Among the young lions she nourished her cubs.”

O - God gave Ezekiel 2 parables to deliver to the people concerning the difficulties Israel as a nation had
been going through. Once upon a time a lioness had cubs and raised them among other lions. The lioness
nurtured the young lion cubs, but the first cub grew to be a bad, ferociuos young lion. He went on a killing
rampage until the neighboring people capture him and took him in chains to Egypt. When the lioness saw
that he would not return, she took another of her cubs and made him the alpha male. But he also become a
violent and destructive cub, devastating the land. Finally the neighboring peopletrapped this young lion and
took him captive to Babylon in a cage. The parable then changes pictures and the lioness becomes a
grapevine that flourishes and has strong branches are broken off and destroyed. The lioness that produced
and nurtures the young lion cubs and the grapevine represented the capital city of Jerusalem. The cubs and
the branches were the great grandsons of King David who became the various kings in Jerusalem.

A - The captives who heard this parable were stuck in Babylon but were hoping their leaders were hoping
their faith in the human government; but human leadership, without Him, because He is always focused on
eternity and gathering as many people into Paradise with Him as possible Aren’t you glad?!

P - Lord,
“Please give us Your Spirit’s power to influence others toward You this day.”
May your guidance be upon all the human government; and human leadership. Guide every one of them as
they do their work for the people of every nation.

Huwag niyo po silang iiwan at pababayaan.

Amen

S - Ezekiel 20:31
“For when you offer your gifts and make your sons pass through the fire, you defile yourselves with all your
Idols, even to this day. So shall be inquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live,” says the Lord God, “I
will not be inquired by you.”

O - The elders said that they wantet to inquire of the Lord, but God said, “I will not be inquired of by you”.
at first reading, this sound like a harsh statement, but sadly the elders request was not genuine and God was
calling them hypocrisy. Through Ezekiel God laid out the history of Israel;s continual rebellion against him.
God has rescued them and brought to the promise land because of his goodness, not because they deserve it.
But they rebelled against Him.

A - It is all to easy for us to point our fingers at those terrible sinner back in the Old Testament and fail to
examine our own idolatry by the stark light of God’s word. It has been said that today the sin of idolatry is
found in our ME-FIRST attitude. An attitude that has even blinded believers inyo choosing their own
personal happines over what is right and good for someone else. Just as drowning man is unable to save
himself, the people then and the people today are drowning in a flood of sin and eternal death. We need a
Savior.
Ther is only ONE who can rescue us from our sin and our eternal death, Jesus the Messiah. According to the
great truth found in 1 John 1:8-9, complete forgiveness awaits all who will confess and repent:

If we say that we have no sin, we decieve ourselves, and truth is not in us. If we confess our sins,
He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrightiousness

P - Lord,
We confess and turn from our sins and ask for Your forgiveness this day, in Jesus name.

S - Ezekiel 21:26-27
“Thus says the Lord God: / ‘Remove the turban, and take off the crown;/ Nothing shall remain the same,/
exalt the humble, and humble exalted./ Overthrown, overthrown,/ I will make it overthrown!/ it shall be no
longer, / untill he comes whose right it is,/ and I will give it to Him.”

O - This statement, “Remove the turban and take off the crown,” is no doubt a reference to the removal from
Jerusalem of both the high priest’s turban, or miter, and the king’s crown, as the nation was taken captive to
Babylon. Even after the exile, when the Jews returned to their land, neither position was ever fully restored,
marking the beginning of “the times of the Gentiles” that Jesus spoke of in Luke21:24. Here verse 27 goes
on to tell us that these 2 offices will remain overthrown” until He comes whose right it is” to take them up
again. The H is capitalized in “unti He comes” because this is a prophecy about Jesus Christ’s second
coming, when He will recieve the crown, as King over all, and the turban, as High Priest.

A - Until that day, “until He comes,” we believers are to be about kingdom business, taking the Gospel to
every nation, tribe, and tongue (Rev. 7:9)

P - Lord

Please come quickly and keep us in You until that day.

S - Ezekiel 22:30
“So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap [breach] before me on
behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it, but I found no one.”

O - Saints of old have taken this verse to mean that sin creates holes or gaps in the wall or hedge of
protection that God has provided for us. And He is looking for people who will for and lead His people into
real repentence. The Lord has used godly men and women down through the ages, like Moses, Jonah, Amos,
and Esther, to interced for their generations. Esther was afraid, but her uncle Mordecai gave her a spiritual
perspective, one we might all do well to consider. “Yet who knows whether you are come to the kingdom
for such a time as this?” (Est. 4:14). Jesus called us to be “the salt of the eath” (Matt. 5:13),for our live to
have a savory influence on the world.

A - He wants His people today, to go out and serve Him as intercessors in His Kingdom. There is a crisis, an
emergency that exists and God is seeking to conscript people into His service. Be a godly man and godly
women, a prayer warriors, who will be intercessors like MOSES and DANIEL. GOd is still merciful, slow
to anger, and patiently looking for an excuse to save.

P - Lord,

“We humble ourselves, confess our sin, and pray that You would hear in heaven and heal our land”

men and godly women kami.

I want to be a PRAYER WARRIOR.

I want to go deep in you
I want my faith to fire

Use me in Jesus name

The Trap
S - Ezekiel 23:16
“As soon as her eyes saw them,/ she lusted for them/ and sent messengers to them in Chaldea.”

O - in this chapter, God compared Israel and Judah to 2 adulterous sisters who went after lovers, foreign
nations and their false gods. This verse depicts Judah’s infatuation with the Chaldeans. They were captivated
warriors that were painted in brilliant colors on the walls if their buildings. They coveted the Babylonian
lifestyle, which led to a political alliance and sin.
Both nations had a history of trusting in alliances with foreign nations instead of trusting in God.

A - A trap.
tatargeten. At doon nila tayo pupuruhin.

Repurposing Pain
S - Ezekiel 24:18
“So I spoke to the people in the morning, and at evening my wife died; and the next morning I did as I was
commanded.”

1. He had the ability to submit to God sovereignity (the quality or state of being sovereign.
O - Ezekiel had been proclaiming to his fellow captives that Babylon would lay siege and destroy Jerusalem,
but they refused to believe him. In this chapter several devastations hit at once. God told Ezekiel, who was
hundreds and hundreds of miles away from Jerusalem, that the siege was starting that very day and also that
his wife would die, but he was not to mourn her but go out and preach to the people the next morning. This
was a very heavy and difficult thing the Lord commanded His prophet to do, but Ezekiel obeyed.
Our God is not the author of personal tragedy, meaning He does not cause them, but He does use such
experiences as unique and special opportunities through which we can come to better understand that He is
Lord over all.

A - We all hate pain. Paano natin ihahandle ang pain natin? How do we repurpose our pain?
Gamitin natin ang PAIN natin to inspire others. Repurpose our suffering, our pains. Tumulong tayo sa iba
gamit ang mga PAINS natin.
Tulad nung napanood ko sa VLOG this man name CHAEL a band member (the juans) imbis na magalit siya
stories niya and it will inpires many.
Masakit kapag iniiwan ka. Nung nawala si Momy Meldz, hindi kami nag mourn to death because we put in
our hearts and mind that she is now with God living a comfortable life withou pain, without problem.

P - Lord,

“LORD, we think of those we know who died in You and rejoice, looking forward to seeing them soon. And
we press forward in prayer and witness for those we know who have not yet surrendered to Your gift of
grace.”
Help us to repurpose our pains to inspire many. Use us oh Lord because our life is by You and for You.
AMEN

S - Ezekiel 25:1
“The word of the Lord came to me saying…”

O - Over and over again Ezekiel clearly claimed that the words he spoke came from God. This is also a
claim the Bible makes about itself, that it is the very word of God, 866 times. every reader should do so only
after critical, careful, exhaustive study. Because if the claim is true, that these are God’s words to man, then
the reader’s eternal destiny rests on what God has said.
Historian and author Edwin Rushworth was a skeptic all his life. He doubted the existence of God and did
not believe in an afterlife. But he decided that before he died, he should read the Bible for an hour a day, just
to see what it said. After his first week of reading, he reportedly said, “Wife, if this book is right, we are
all wrong!” After the second week of reading, he said, “Wife, if this book is right, we are lost!” He kept
on reading, and after the third week, excitedly said, “Wife, if this book is right, we can be saved!” And
they were!

He is speaking on US through BIBLE
“B E L I E VE”

P - Lord,

We trust you each day to keep walking in the light of your words.

Lord we Believe that you are speaking to us through the bible.

Kaya po pala para kayong nakikipagusap sa akin through my devotion because you really our SPEAKING.

Thank You Lord. May the Holy Spirit guide me each day as I study devotedly your words and may you use
me to let other knows who You are.

AMEN.

S - Ezekiel 26:14
“I will make you like the top of rock; you shall be a place for spreading nets, and you shall never be rebuilt,
for I the Lord had spoken,’ says the Lord”

O - In 586 BC, King Nebuchadnezzar laid siege to Tyre. History tells us his troops were there 13 years
before they finally conquered the city. However, the majority of the people escaped to a small island a half a
mile directly off shore from the main city. Verse 12 proclaims that “they will lay your stones, your timber,
and your soil in the midst of the water,” and more than 200 years later, a young man named Alexander
the Great came and did just that. He ordered his men to gather up everything left over from the old city and
toss it into the sea, forming a roadbed out to the island where he conquered Tyre.

A - This prophecy and hundreds of others found in Scripture were not completely understood even by the
prophets who faithfully wrote them down. But they were recorded for future generations, like you and
me, to read and with hindsight understand that God’s word is reliable. When we grasp that these predictions
are reliable and then read the other things recorded, we are moved to believe and trust in all that God has
said concerning us:

1. that He really did create us,

2. that He really does love us in spite of our sin,
3. and that He wants us to have a personal relationship with Him for eternity.

God loves us the way we are, but too much to leave us that way.

P - Lord,
“LORD, we are grateful to You for Your word, and ask You again to patiently conform us a little more into
Your image this day, in Jesus’ name.”
Help us understand your words and live with it everyday. May we live with You and Your words alone.

S - Ezekiel 27:1-2
“The word of the Lord came again to me, saying, ‘Now son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyre’”.

O - Ezekiel clearly wrote this chapter with a heavy heart. God Himself stated in Ezekiel 18 that He finds no enjoyment
in the destruction of sinners: “‘For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies,’ says the LORD GOD. ‘Therefore
turn and live!’” (vs. 32). The judgment of sinners deeply moves the heart of God, and it should move the hearts of His
people as well. We see how deeply Jesus felt for the Jews who refused to believe in Him when He said, “O Jerusalem,
Jerusalem . . . how often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and
you were not willing!” (Matt. 23:37).

Many years ago, a young pastor who was struggling financially, rented a room from a non-believing farmer. The
pastor was on the watch for the right moment to share the truth of Jesus with the farmer. Early one morning the farmer
woke him and asked him to come see something. He took the pastor into the chicken coop, and on a nest was a hen,
her chicks peeking out from under her wings. “I wanted you to see the devotion of a mother hen,” said the farmer.
“Reach out and touch her.” When the pastor did, he found that the hen was dead.  “See that wound on her head,” the
farmer continued. “A weasel killed her and drained all the blood from her body, but she never once moved for fear
the weasel would harm her chicks.” The young pastor saw the moment he’d been waiting for. “Oh, that is just like
Jesus. He endured all the suffering on the cross. He could have saved His own life but He didn’t, because if He
had moved, we would have been lost!” The words struck the farmer, and soon after, he put his faith in the One who,
while on the cross, chose to save us, rather than spare Himself!
A - Let us all believe TODAY that only JESUS can SAVE.

P - Lord,

“Thank You, LORD, for taking our place on the cross. Help us to live this day for You.

I am praying for the people in the nation to see and believe in you. May you all gather us all together. In
Jesus name

AMEN.

S - Ezekiel 28:12
“Son of man, take up a lamentation for the king of Tyre, and say to him, ‘thus says the Lord God: “ You
were the seal of perfection, / Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.’”

O - Before Satan rebelled against God, he was perfect in angelic beauty. These verses expose Satan’s sin of
pride as the root of all this evil. Pride is what led to Satan’s fall, it is what led to Tyre’s fall, and it is what
will make us fall as well. Proverbs tells us that “Pride goes before destruction, / And a haughty spirit before
a fall” (16:18). The Apostle Paul warned young Timothy not to let a new believer become an elder because
of the danger of pride: “not a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same condemnation as
the devil” (1 Tim. 3:6).

Corrie ten Boom told this story of a proud woodpecker:

A woodpecker pecked with his beak against the trunk of a tree, like they are used to do. At that very moment a bolt of lightning struck the
tree, and destroyed it. As the woodpecker flew away it said, “I didn’t know that there was so much power in my beak!”

This woodpecker reminds us of those who think more highly of themselves than they should. Usually they are so busy bragging about their achievements and
greatness that they fail to recognize God as the source of all their abilities. We all can easily fall prey to spiritual delusions of grandeur. Everything we are,
everything we are not, and everything we should be, must continually be surrendered back to the Lord again and again.

ipagmalaki.
Tanging ang Panginoon ang nagbibigay ng lahat.
God is the great provider

P - Lord,

Please be the Lord of our lives today. We give everything to You, and we ask you to change us as You
please.

Teach us how to humble ourselves before you Oh Lord. Let us all believe in you and your sovereignity. Let
us forget ourselves in everything we do.
Put on our mind that everything we had on earth is by you and from you.

Amen
06-29-2020

S - Ezekiel 29:6-7
“Then all the inhabitants of Egypt / shall know that I am the Lord, / Because they have been a staff of reed to
the house of Israel. / When they took hold of you with hand. / You broke and tore all their shoulders; / when
they leaned on you, / you broke and made all their backs quiver.”

O - The reeds that grew by the Nile River in Egypt are what we in California would call bamboo. It may look like it
would make a good staff or crutch, but it is actually quite brittle and shatters easily. The image here is of a crutch
under your arms shattering once weight is put on it and the broken pieces going into your shoulder. God was warning
His people against putting weight on the nation of Egypt to save them. The leadership of Jerusalem was trusting in
the support of Pharaoh and his Egyptian troops to rescue them from Babylon, but history tells us the Babylonians
soundly defeated the Egyptian army. Pharaoh was no support and became a shattered crutch to Judah, just as God had
warned.

A - There are so many unreliable crutches people turn to in life. We think of popularity, alcohol, drugs, wealth, and
position, all of which prove too weak in the end. They will not support us when a doctor says, “You have aggressive
cancer with perhaps as little as 6 weeks to live.” All man-made crutches fail when that kind of weight is put on them.
Only God is able to carry a person through a crisis of that magnitude, and not just survive it, but grow to become more
like Him through it. We must continually resist the temptation to rely on something or someone other than God for the
issues of each new day. C.S. Lewis said, “Relying on God has to begin all over again every day as if nothing yet
had been done.”.

P - Lord,
“We confess that You and You alone are reliable, faithful, and true. We look to You to lead and guide us through this
day.”

S - Ezekiel 30:1-5
“For the day is near, / Even the day of the Lord is near; / It will be a day of clouds, the time of the gentiles. /
The sword shall come upon Egyot, / and they take away her wealth, / and her foundations are broken down. /
“ Ethiopia, Libya, Lydia, all the mingled people, chub, and the men of the lands who are allied, shall fall
with them by the sword.”

O - Like many prophecies concerning God’s judgment, that “day” for Egypt had both a near and far
fulfillment. The near fulfillment was completed by Babylon’s 568/67 BC invasion of Egypt, and the far
fulfillment will take place during the future Tribulation period.

A - As believers, we can’t help but wonder if we will be here during the future Tribulation? Although
believers down through the ages have disagreed on this subject, we believe that Paul the Apostle teaches that
the church will be removed from the Tribulation, also called the time of the “Wrath of the Lamb.” Paul
wrote: “For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died
for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him” (1 Thes. 5:9).

P - Lord,

Come quickly and help us to be ready.

AMEN

S - Ezekiel 31:1-2
“Now it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the third month , on the first day of the month, the word of the
Lord came to me, saying “Son of man, say to Pharoah King of Egypt and to his multitude: “Whom are you
like in your greatness?”

O - This is the third chapter dedicated to a prophecy against Egypt, and is dated a little less than 2 months
after the prophecy of the last chapter. By God calling His prophet Ezekiel “son of man,” he was reminding
him that he was just a man and needed to stay humble and usable. Which is interesting since Ezekiel was
being instructed to describe the fall of Pharaoh the king of Egypt for thinking too highly of himself. In fact,
Pharaoh claimed to be the creator of the Nile River. And because Pharaoh thought of himself as a god, the
true God, God Almighty, He asked him who he would compare himself to. God went on to remind him of
another nation that thought itself godlike and invincible and then described its destruction.

A - The lesson for us, the readers, is that we must diligently guard against pride in our lives. We can ask
ourselves the same question: Who do we want to compare ourselves to? Would it be a rock star or movie
star, maybe a famous preacher or world leader? The real question is why do we want to be that person? Our
heavenly Father wants us all to have a proper perspective of our own identity; we were knit together in our
mother’s womb by God Himself (Psalm 139), meaning our heavenly Father created us to be exactly who we
are. Of course there is nothing wrong with desiring to be all that God wants us to be but there is a danger in
wanting to be something that God did not intend us to be, and that is pride!

There was a wealthy guy who decided to take up fishing, so he bought the most expensive equipment and bait, but couldn’t
catch anything. Dejected, he passed by a farm boy who had caught a big string of fish with just an old stick and rusty hook.
“How did you manage to catch so many, when I couldn’t catch a single one?” he asked. “Oh,” said the boy, “I try to keep out of
sight so the fish don’t see me. I think you show yourself to them too much.”

P - Lord,
Kalimutan ang among

Amen

The Pride
S - Ezekiel 32:32
“For I have caused my terror in the land of the living, and he shall be in the midst of the uncircumcised with
those slain by the sword, Pharoah and his multitude,’ says the Lord God”

O - This verse deals with the same subject we’ve seen over and over again in the last few chapters, the
results of uncontrolled pride in people’s lives. In this case, it was Pharaoh king of Egypt and his nation that
had become so prideful God was forced to discipline them. The New Testament book of James tells us “But
He gives more grace. Therefore He says: ‘God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble'” (4:6). When
we humble ourselves, God gives us more grace to enable us to overcome our love of the world.

Pride can creep into individuals and whole nations so that even nations begin to rely on their own capabilities instead of
depending on God. The words President Abraham Lincoln wrote more than 150 years ago concerning pride in America still
stand true today:

We have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of heaven. We have grown in numbers, wealth, and
power, as no other nation has ever grown. But we have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious
hand that preserved us in peace and which multiplied, and enriched, and strengthened us, and we have
vainly imagined in the deceitfulness of our hearts, that all these blessings were produced by some superior
wisdom and virtue of our own. Intoxicated with unbroken success, we have become too self-sufficient to
feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace, too proud to pray to the God that made us.

A - There are 2 important indicators that help us discern if we have allowed pride into our lives. The first
indicator is that we are no longer grateful and develop an attitude where we think we deserve the good
things we have, that it is our right to have them. The second indicator is having a prayerless life. Just the
simple fact that we are praying shows that we are dependent on God.

P - Lord,
Amen

The Warning
S - Ezekiel 33:33
“Ang when he come to pass - surely it will come - then they will know that a prophet has been among
them.”

O - God had called Ezekiel to be like a night watchman, one who faithfully warns when danger is
approaching. As long as a watchman is faithful and clear in his warning, he is not held responsible for how
people respond to his alarm. But if he sees coming danger and does not sound the alarm, he is held
responsible. This is what every believer, in every century, in every location throughout the world has also
been called to, warning others about eternity.

Decades ago a Portland, Oregon newspaper reported on a truck driver, who due to extreme fog, didn’t see that a bridge was
out. His truck went down the river gorge, but he was miraculously uninjured. He crawled back up to the main road and
frantically tried to stop other drivers who didn’t know about the bridge. He waved his arms and shouted, “Stop, stop! The
bridge is out! The bridge is out!” But most, to their own hurt, drove right past him, thinking he was a wacko. Such is the
situation many in our modern world face. They have actually experienced the pitfalls this life holds and know which way is
the wrong direction, but their warnings go unheeded. In fact, most are often reviled and ridiculed for having
the arrogance to tell others that something is the wrong way.

A - Speak God’s truth to others, in love to others, and we pray for them, then we fulfill our responsibilities.
However, if we fail to warn them with the claims of the Good News, then we have failed to “go into all the
world and proclaim the Gospel.” The heart of God yearns for every human being to be with Him in eternity.
Every human being bears the stamp of God on their soul, for we are all made in His image.

P - Lord,

S - Ezekiel 34:2-3
“Son of man, prophrsy against the sheperds of Israel, prophesy and say to them, ‘ Thus says the Lord God to the
sheperds, “Woe th the sheperds of Israel who feed themselves! Shoud not the sheperds feed the flock? You eat the fat
[perhapd milk and cheese] and clothed yourselves with wool; you slaugther the fatlings, but you do not feed the
flock?”

O - The Greek word used for pastors is literally, shepherds, those entrusted with the task of nurturing, protecting, and
supervising the flock. Pastors are charged to feed the sheep. Here in Ezekiel, the Lord was upset because the
shepherds were fleecing the sheep and getting fat off the sheep; they were using the sheep to their own advantage.

A - We have an ancient, early-church document from around 100 AD called the “Didache,” which means “teaching.”
It is a first-century guide for how the church was to deal with bad shepherds that might take advantage of them:

Let every Apostle who comes to you be received as the Lord, But let him not stay more than one day, or if need
be a second as well; but if he stays three days, he is a false prophet. And when an Apostle goes forth let him
accept nothing but bread till he reach his night’s lodging; but if he ask for money, he is a false prophet . . . But
whosoever shall say in a spirit, “Give me money, or something else,” you shall not listen to him; but if he tells
you to give on behalf of others in want, let none judge him.

We wonder how many modern so-called pastors or evangelists would be labeled false prophets according to
this Didache standard. There is also a practical application of this for every believer who is called by the name
Christian. How we need to be others-centered instead of self-centered in our day-to-day dealings with everyone
we meet.

P - Lord,

The Power of Bible
S - Ezekiel 35:1-2” Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying “Son of man, set your face against
Mount Seir and prophesy against it.”
O - Modern observers see that there are no longer any Edomites but that there is a modern state of Israel,
where Jews have returned to the land just as the Bible predicted they would in the last days. That simple fact
should cause any honest inquirer to carefully study all the claims the Bible makes about an individual
person’s life as well as a nation’s life.

A - America’s greatest presidents have had valuable comments to make about the importance of the Bible:

It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible.
George Washington

That Book, sir, is the rock on which our republic rests.

Andrew Jackson

I ask every man and woman in this audience that from this day on they will realize that part of the destiny
of America lies in their daily perusal of this Book.
Woodrow Wilson

Within the covers of one single book, the Bible, are all the answers to all the problems that face us today—
if only we would read and believe.
Ronald Reagan

Read and Study the Bible to learn and know who is God.

P - Lord,

“Wee confess our sins as individuals and as a nation and turn from our sins and ask You to heal our land.”

Amen.

New Heart
S - Ezekiel 36:26-27
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone of your flesh and give you a
heart of flesh. I will put My spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep my judgement
and do them.”
O - This is the great expectation of every believer and the internal evidence that we have been given a new heart—
that we actually begin to desire to serve God and walk with Him. A “heart of stone” is stubborn and self-willed but a
“heart of flesh” is pliable and responsive to God’s Spirit.
This gift of a “new heart” signifies the new birth or regeneration by the Holy Spirit. In John 3, Jesus met with the
Jewish leader Nicodemus, who at first failed to understand what Jesus meant when He said, “You must be born
again.” Jesus confronted Nicodemus, saying that since he was “the teacher of Israel,” he should know of the new birth,
and this is exactly where Jesus was pointing him to, the New Covenant that He had proclaimed in the Old Testament.

A - Someone said, “Even though a person sick with leprosy can cover up all his wounds with a flowing garment, the
fact remains that he is still a diseased leper.” In the same way, a sinner may be somewhat successful at reforming all
the externals of their lives, as did Saul of Tarsus and Nicodemus; but, until that person is born again, has surrendered
to the new birth and been given a new heart, they “cannot see the kingdom of God.” So how do we enter into this New
Covenant? How do we receive a new heart? By believing in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross. Just
ask Him, today, to take away your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

P - Lord,

“Thank you, LORD, that You have done as You promised and caused us to walk in Your statutes and do them. We
thank you in advance for the victory You extend to us this day.”

Lord, help us all to have a NEW HEART, help us all to enter the New Covenant, to experience Your love and all the
things that You prepapared us. Let us all be able to see Your Kingdom.

S - Ezekiel 37:3-5
“And he said to me, ‘Son of Man, can these bones live?’ So I answered, ‘ O Lord God, You know.’ again He
said to me, ‘Prophesy to these bones, and say to them .”Oh dry bones: hear the word of the Lord! Thus says
the Lord God to these bones: ‘Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live.”

O - God showed His prophet Ezekiel a vision of a valley filled with dry bones and asked him, “Can these
bones live?” This was God’s pledge to someday soon restore His people and the nation of Israel to life and
spiritual regeneration. Of course had it been any other person asking the question, the answer would
obviously have been of course not, but Ezekiel remembered who was asking and he gave a wise answer.
This man of God recognized that nothing is out of the question with God, the God of the impossible.
This question is still a fascinating one for us today. In fact God asks every one of us, as His servants, to
speak to dead men and women every day. Every time we care enough for the soul of an unbeliever to
share the love of God with them, we are talking to dead men. According to the Apostle Paul, we also were
once dead men and women: “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved
us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been
saved),” (Eph. 2:4–5, italics added).

A - Be obedient and open your mouth. Take a step of your faith to share His love to others.

P - Lord
“We are eternally grateful for the salvation You have purchased for us, so we go in obedience and speak to
dead men this day of Your love, in Jesus’ name.”

Ishare KAYO.

Sa pangalan ni Hesus….

S - Ezekiel 38:23

“Thus I will magnify myself and sanctify myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the Lord.”

O - This verse was originally given to the people of Judah, to encourage those who were in exile and had seen their capital and temple destroyed
by the Babylonians. It was then and is today a reminder that the sovereign and almighty God is not only in control of the future but also of
everything that is occurring right now. This definitely impacts us today, as we ponder the possibility of these verses being fulfilled in our
contemporary setting.

In this modern world, with almost instantaneous news reports coming in from all over the globe, it is very easy to become fearful. The people of
the earth seem to be constantly moving from one financial crisis to another. More efficient weapons of warfare continue to be developed in our
own country as well as in unstable nations around the earth. How shall we then live? God gives us reassuring words to help us keep our eyes on
Him. Through the prophet Isaiah, He said:

Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel,

And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts:
“I am the First and I am the Last;
Besides Me there is no God.
And who can proclaim as I do?
Then let him declare it and set it in order for Me,
Since I appointed the ancient people.
And the things that are coming and shall come,
Let them show these to them.
Do not fear, nor be afraid;
Have I not told you from that time, and declared it?
You are My witnesses.
Is there a God besides Me?
Indeed there is no other Rock;
I know not one.” (Isa. 44:6–8)

A - Do not be afraid.
yung salitang “then they shall know that I am the Lord”

P - Lord,

Ngayong gabi ay nararanasan namin ang iyong mga salita, “Then You will know that I am the Lord” kayo nga po talaga ang
Panginoon.

Amen.

S - Ezekiel 39:27-29

“When I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and I am hallowed in them in
the sight of many nations, then they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who sent them into captivity among the nations, but
also brought them back to their own land, and left none of them captive any longer. And I will not hide My face from them
anymore; for I shall have poured out my spirit on the house of Israel,’ says the Lord God”

O - This is a magnificent prophecy of the day when Father God pours out His Spirit on Israel and they recognize Jesus
Christ as their Lord. When will this happen? God says here that it will be “when I have brought them [His people] back.”
Even as far back as Genesis, the Bible has predicted that the Jewish people would be scattered across the face of the earth. But
Scripture also predicted that God would bring them back and re-establish them in the land He promised to Abraham. The nation of
Israel was restored in 1948, and even though it is currently a secular state, these verses say all that will change one day.

Paul the Apostle tells us in the New Testament that Israel has long been God’s people and that God will never give up on them.
Scripture is filled with unique terms that underscore this point: revive, redeem, return, resurrect, and reconcile, all of which
suggest a turning back again or a return to an original condition that was lost or spoiled. Eden was the place mankind was meant
for, and God will restore as many as will let Him, back to Himself.
A - God is never unfair with any person or nation. But He has the absolute right to be more than fair with any person or nation
He chooses, meaning He can choose to give mercy. We remember that mercy means not getting what we deserve, and so we all
want that. God has chosen to be more than fair with the children of Abraham, but the amazing news is that He has also chosen to
be more than fair with anyone who will repent from their sins and surrender themselves to His care. His mercy and forgiveness
are available to each and every one of us if we ask for it.

P - Lord,

“thank you for Your desire that ‘not any should perish but that all should come to repentance.'”

S - Ezekiel 40:38

“Ther was a chamber and its entrance by the gatepost of the gateway, where they washed the burnt offering”

O - The last 9 chapters of Ezekiel contain a very detailed vision of a new temple that will be in Jerusalem. There has been uncertainty among
expositors for centuries of how exactly to interpret this vision. 1.) Some take it to be a vision of the temple found in heaven, but John says
very plainly in his vision of heaven that he “saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple” (Rev. 21:22). 2.)
Others take this to be the temple built by the Antichrist, who helps to bring peace to Israel before the Tribulation. But this seems unlikely
as Ezekiel 43 clearly describes the glory of the Lord coming back into the temple. Interestingly, His Spirit enters from the very direction Ezekiel
had seen Him leave in Ezekiel 10 and 11. 3. A third interpretation is that it is speaking of an earthly temple that will be built during the
Millennial Reign of Christ. Whether it is one of these 3 interpretations or some other one that God has not yet made clear to us, we cannot say
with any certainty, but that sacrifices are being observed does raise some questions.

If this is a description of the Antichrist’s temple, then reappointed Jewish priests will probably offer the sacrifices right before and/or during the
tribulation. But if they are being offered during the Millennial Reign of Christ, where Christ will actually be among them, what could they stand
for, since Hebrews tells us that Jesus as High Priest:

does not need to offer sacrifices every day like the other high priests. They did this for their own sins first and then for the
sins of the people. But Jesus did this once for all when he sacrificed himself on the cross. (Heb. 7:27)

Older expositors hold to the view that the sacrifices will serve as visible reminders of Jesus’ work on the cross, and will have no other purpose
than to honor and memorialize Jesus’ death. Observing these sacrifices would be much like how we observe the Lord’s Supper today, which we
do to remember and remind ourselves of Jesus Christ’s once-and-for-all sacrifice on Calvary (Hebrews 7:27). Whatever the correct interpretation
may be, we can be certain that Jesus’ sacrifice never needs to be repeated. The Good News is that the penalty of sin has been removed once and
for all time. Once Jesus was off that cross, He never had to go back again.

A - During the Civil War, a young Pennsylvania farmer, who had recently lost his wife, was drafted as a soldier. He was concerned for his
children, not knowing who could support and take care of them. His neighbor came to him and said, “I’ve been thinking. You’re needed here at
home, so I’ve decided to go in your place.” The neighbor was immediately called to the frontlines and was shot and killed in his very first battle.
When the farmer heard the news, he went to find his friend’s body. On his tombstone the farmer carved the inscription: “He died for me.”
When we accept Jesus as our substitute, we are accepting His death for us. The punishment for our misdeeds and sins has already been
carried out on Jesus. He died for us.

P - Lord

“Come quickly, LORD, in Jesus’s name, Amen.”

Amen

THE SACRIFICE
S - Ezekiel 41:4
“He measered the length, twenty cubits; and the width, twenty cubits, beyong the sanctuary; and he said to
me, ‘This is the most Holy place.’”

O - God is giving Ezekiel such detailed construction measurements of the future temple that they could
actually be used as building plans. The measurements found here of the Holy of holies are identical to those
of Solomon’s Temple describe in 1Kings6:20
2 goats was used for a sin offering. One was sacrifices to the Lord and its blood sprinkled on the horns of the
altar outside the temple and on the mercy seat of Ark of the Covenant inside the Holy of Holies. The other
was used as a scapegoat. The high priest laid his hands on the goat’s head and confessed the people’s sins.
The goat, bearing the people’s sins was then taken alive into the wilderness and let go, illustrating that the
people’s sins had been carried away.

A - “sacrifice-a shadow of the good things to come” this illustrating Jesus Christ’s sacrifice of himself on
the cross to pay the price of our sins.
Jesus ha completely paid the price for our sins.
ALL WE MUST DO IS BELIEVE AND ACCEPT HIS PERFECT SACRIFICE.

P - Lord,
We are so grateful fro Your forgiveness, which we accept has completely separated us from our sins this
day.

S - Ezekiel 42:20
“He measured it on four sides; it had a wall all around, five hundred cubits long and five hundred wide, to
seperate the holy areas from the common.

O - According to these measerements for the outer wall, the future temple that God was showing Ezekiel in
a vision was almost one mile square, which would take in much of the city limits of modern Jerusalem and
be too large for what we currently consider as Mount Moriah.
Amazing thins will happen when Jesus return:
“on that day his feet will stand on the mount of olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be
split in twol form east to west, formina a great vallet, with half of the mountanin moving north anf halg
moving south. - Zech. 14:4”

It is exciting to experince visiting Israel today and stand on the Mount of olives overlooking the old city of
Jerusalem and read these verses.

A - Living wasters will pour from the center of the temple and flow down to the sea, healing and radically
cleansing the land. The apostle John writes in Rev:
“And let the one who thirsty come, let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost. . . He who
testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus”
Rev. 22:17,20

P - Lord,
We long for Your coming like a young child longs for their birthday. Jesus, come quickly.
Make our hearts be renewed so that when you come we are fully prepared. In Jesus name we pray.

S - Ezekiel 43:
“and the glory of the Lord came into the temple by the way of the gate which faces toward the east. The
spirit lifted me up and brought me to the inner court; and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the temple”

O - As God continued to show Ezekiel a vision of a future temple in Jerusalem, the Spirit took him into the
inner court and showed him the return of God’s presence. The verse says that He came in by way of the
eastern gate. Some read this as a description of Jesus Christ’s entry through Jerusalem’s Eastern gate on
Palm Sunday at the time of His First Coming in 32 AD, but others see it as yet to be fulfilled, believing that
it will take place after this new temple is constructed.

There is an interesting historic story that goes with this second view. In 1537–1540 AD, Suleiman I, Sultan
of the Ottoman Empire (which at its peak included Turkey, large parts of the Middle East and parts of
southeastern Europe) rebuilt Jerusalem’s walls, the very walls that are standing there today. One old
tradition reports that during the rebuilding, someone called Suleiman’s attention to this prophecy. In an
attempt to prevent God from returning, he had the Eastern Gate bricked shut, and it has remained shut to this
day.

A - There has been at least one attempt to reopen Jerusalem’s Eastern Gate. In 1967, King Hussein of Jordan
wanted to reopen the gate to provide access to a new hotel that was to be built along the Western Wall of the
Temple site. On June 4, 1967, Jordanian workmen set up a crane and jack hammers in preparation of
opening the gate the next morning. But on June 5, 1967, at 8:00 AM, the Arab-Israeli Six-Day War broke
out, preventing the reopening of the Eastern Gate. God moves in mysterious ways and we look forward to
the day when all will be revealed.

P - Lord,

Your ways are mysterious to us now but we trust that someday, when we can all see clearly, we will simply
fall on our knees and worship You.”

Amen

S - Ezekiel 44:17-18
“And it shall be, whenever they enter the gates of the inner court, they shall put on linen garments; no wool
shall come upon them while minister within the gates of the inner court or within the house. They shall have
linen turbans on their heads and linen trousers on their bodies; they shall not clothe within anything that
causes sweat.

O - These 2 verses point to the fact that the believer who serves the Lord faithfully, does so without sweat, meaning
that the work of the Lord isn’t a burden or a chore. Interestingly, there are several places in Scripture that tell us that
worship is often sacrifice, but we are never told that worship is work, something that causes us to sweat.

We read that in the prophet Jeremiah’s day, the saying “The burden of the Lord, the burden of the Lord.” was
commonly used. But God commanded Jeremiah never to use it, because it was not true, God does not put burdens on
His people. In fact, He does quite the opposite. Jesus said:

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon
you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. (Matt. 11:28)

A - It is a fatal mistake to try to bear life’s load in a single yoke collar. The Lord never intends for us to carry His
burden alone; His yoke is a neck harness made for two. Jesus Himself commands us to allow Him to be one of the two
bearing the weight. He wants us to take off the taxing harness of self and accept the master’s relaxing dual
harness.

Matuto tayong mamahinga
kasama siya. Tao lang tayo napapagod. He is a real DAD. A loving and a caring father.

P - LORD,

We thank You that You have promised that Your yoke is easy, and so when we start to feel burdened, it must mean that
we are trying to carry something we aren’t supposed to be carrying.

Lord, I am giving it all to
you, I know po I am always burdened sa pagbubudget ng pera para umabot sa 1 month at mabigyan ang dapat
mabigyan. Provide me the
knowledge, the wisdom and the finance. In Jesus name. AMEN

S - Ezekiel 45:9

“Thus, says the Lord, ‘Enough, God princes of Israel! Remove violence and plundering, execute justice and
righteousness, and stop dispossesing people,’ says the Lord God.”

O - God was showing Ezekiel a vision of a future temple, and in this chapter He turned to the civil leaders
that would be in the land during that time. Some believe this is a vision of the Millennial Reign of Christ. If
so, then the fact that these leaders are commanded to be honest, logically implies that there is still personal
sin during this time. The believing Jews who enter the 1,000-year reign of Christ will still be capable of sin.
As strange as it sounds, it also seems logical that their children will have the possibility of not believing in
the atonement of Jesus Christ. The last New Testament book, Revelation, describes the end of the Millennial
Reign of Jesus, as the time of a final great rebellion against the Messiah:

When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out
to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—and to gather
them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. They marched across the
breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire
came down from heaven and devoured them. (Rev. 20:7–9, NIV)

A - The Millennium is a time of testing humanity under ideal conditions. At the end of it, many people
born during the Millennium will sadly choose to follow Satan in this last rebellion against God. It seems that
even though they will have lived on earth during the reign of a perfect King, they will still rebel against the
righteousness that will characterize His reign. And Satan will again deceive humans into thinking that
rebellion against God, without consequences, is possible.

As Puritan pastor Thomas Brooks (1608–1680) wrote so long ago:

Satan promises the best, but pays with the worst; he promises honor and pays with
disgrace; he promises pleasure and pays with pain; he promises profit and pays with loss;
he promises life and pays with death.

P - Lord,

“We chose a life submitted to You and know that You alone have the words of eternal life.”

Amen

S – Ezekiel 46:18
“Moreover the prince shall not take any of the people’s inheritance by evicting them from their property; he
shall provide an inheritance for his sons from his own property, so that none of My people may be scattered
from his property.”

O - In this final vision given to Ezekiel, which began in chapter 40, the prophet seemed to be describing the
conditions that will be in and around Israel during the Kingdom Age or the Millennial Reign of Christ
(though we cannot be absolutely certain). We read that there will be a ruler over the Jews called “the
prince.” We can be certain that this is not a description of Jesus Christ, because this prince worships the
Lord, offers sacrifices, and has sons to which he apportions part of the land.

“our heavenly Father is concerned about the timing, details, and priorities in each of our lives.”

Concerning time, each hour we have is a privilege. On the ornate sundial at All Souls’ College in Oxford,
England, is the Latin inscription, Pereunt et imputantur, which means the hours perish, and are laid to our
charge.

Concerning details, the old saying “the devil is in the details,” means that it is usually the small things in
plans that are often overlooked and cause serious problems later.

Concerning priorities, it was these words that stirred D.L. Moody to change his priorities: “The world has
yet to see what God will do with and for and through and in and by the man who is fully and wholly
consecrated to Him.” Moody decided he was involved in too many good projects to be very effective and
decided God wanted him to cut back on his projects and concentrate on evangelism. That change in his
priorities, changed his entire generation.

A – Learn to trust in the LORD maliit man o malaking bagay. Maniwala at magtiwala ka lang sa kanya.

P - Lord

“help us to see Your timing, details, and priorities for our lives this day, in Jesus’ name.”

Priorities – let us see Lord the reason of our living.

In Jesus name. Amen

S – Ezekiel 47:1

“Then he brought me back to the door of the temple; and there was water flowing from under the threshold
of the temple toward the east, for the front of the temple faced east; the water was flowing from under the
right side of the temple, south of the altar.”
O - Ezekiel’s vision of the future temple describes life-giving waters that will flow from under the doorway
of the temple eastward to the Dead Sea.

This is a beautiful, elegant description of how the Holy Spirit works in the lives of those who surrender to
God’s mercy and grace. At first, God’s gracious supply is a small stream flowing through our lives, but it
continues to increase as we continue to walk in the light of God’s Word. As water is critical for a desert to
bloom, so God’s spiritual water is critical for every believer to become all that God intends them to be. The
Holy Spirit brings us wisdom, power, and spiritual transformation that will last forever. The flow of God’s
Spirit gets deeper and deeper for those who seek Him and walk with Him. His water is available for any who
surrender to Him.

A crew off the coast of Brazil were shipwrecked and set adrift for days in a small boat. They were desperate
for water but did not dare drink the seawater because the high salt content would kill them. When they
finally saw a boat coming toward them, they called out, “Water! Water!” The people on the boat called
back, “Dip your bucket over the side.” They thought they were being mocked, but it turned out that they had
drifted into the Amazon River, which is fresh, drinkable water. There was fresh water all around them, and
all they had to do was dip into it and drink; they just did not know it. Each day people cross our path who
are ignorant of God’s Word and will perish if someone does not share the life-giving Holy Spirit, through
the Good News, with them.

P – Lord

“help us to become completely immersed in Your river of eternal life this day.”

Amen

THE LOR IS WITH YOU

S – Ezekiel 48:35

“All the way around shall be eighteen thousand cubits; and the name of the city from that day shall be: The
Lord is There”

O - The name of this future city reveals its most important characteristic: literally “YHWH Shammah” or
“the LORD is there.” We saw in chapters 8–11 that the Lord was not in the old city of Jerusalem. The
glory of God had departed the temple and the city itself. But here, in this vision of a future temple, we find
that God’s tangible, visible presence will return and be THERE in the center of the area given over to God.
In this future city, the numerous, unconditional promises God has made to Israel over the centuries will
finally be fulfilled, including the covenant with Abraham in Genesis 12, the covenant with the Levites in
Numbers 25, the covenant with David in 2 Samuel, and finally, the New Covenant found in Jeremiah 31.

Many have called this verse in Ezekiel the completion of Israel’s history, and it certainly is a dramatic one
within the Old Testament. But it also has an important, personal application in each of our lives today. For
every believer who has surrendered to God’s Lordship, it can be said, “The LORD is there” within them.
The Apostle Paul said, “To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery
among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Col. 1:27).

A - This truth, Christ in you, stretches the ability of the human mind to comprehend. We can only barely
grasp that Jesus Christ, God the Son, actually takes up residence in human beings. This is the great secret of
Christianity—Christ in you. Other religions tell people how to live but cannot give any practical power to
succeed in living that way. It is only through Jesus Christ, who because of His great love for us,
condescends to move into our hearts when we confess, repent, and surrender, that we are able to receive
power to change and actually serve Him. “THE LORD IS THERE,” inside your heart, enabling you to be
everything He wants you to be, starting on the inside and working to the outside!

P -“LORD,

‘that You have chosen to live in us, when we consider our own lack of personal righteousness, continues to
baffle and amaze us. Thank you that when we come in humility to the foot of the cross, You give us and
clothe us in Your righteousness. Cleanse us and fill us again we ask, in Jesus’ name.”

Amen
