add

300 g bread flour


1 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
180 ml water

Mix folding

Knead 15 mins
Add ½ tbsp of vegetable oil
Knead 20 mins
Rest 15 mins

Kneed 15 mins
Rest 30 mins

Kneed 15 mins
Rest 30mins

Kneed 15 mins
Rest 30mins

Ziplock bag the dough and put in the freezer overnight

Defrost for 1hr


Shape into a log and cut into 8 portions and roll.
Cover the 8 dough in breadcrumbs and put in the greased pan,

Rest 30 mins

Bake in the oven 170 °C for 17 mins
