CONDENSED MILK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Supplies, Tools & Equipment :

Mixing bowls Rubber scraper Baking sheets Microwave

Ingredients:

3:1 ratio 225G CONDENSED MILK

75G COCOA POWDER (GOOD COCOA)

2:1 ratio

150G CONDENSED MILK

75G COCOA POWDER (GOOD COCOA)

Steps/ Procedures:

1.Microwave or Heat Condensed milk for 30sec

2. Mix in the Cocoa powder. Tip: divide it into parts to blend it easily with the
condensed milk

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before shaping

4. Fun Part: cut and shape the chocolate truffles according to your desired shape
(cirle, square, etc)

5. Dust it with cocoa powder whenever it is sticking, and for easy shaping as well.

6. Do this procedure both in 2:1 and 3:1 ratio.

7. Chilled!
