From Sept 2014: Doing a degree in school of public health taking bachelor of health
informatics.

Sept 2011-2013: Kenya Medical Training College Siaya pursued Diploma in Health Records
and Information.

2009-2011: Kenya Medical Training College Murang’a pursued a certificate course in the
faculty of health sciences, department of Health records and information
technology.

2004-2008: Ikuu Girl’s High school.

2003: Completed primary school level of education.

Experience

November 2013: Did data entry and management during Polio campaign.

August 2013- May 2014: worked at Gatunga Model hospital as the Health records officer
and also at Tharaka North Sub-County as the District Health Records Officer
(DHRO).

May 2012-July 2012: Attachment at Portreiz district hospital.

Did data entry (i.e. monthly data entry), data analysis and collection
from the field.

Jan 2011-March 2011: Experience at Thika Level 5 hospital.

Did registration, coding, data collection and data entry.

May 2010- July 2010: Practical experience at Nyeri Provincial hospital.

Did coding, registration of patients and filling of documents.

Skills
 Have done computer which am good competed in especially with Microsoft office.
This is due to frequent registration done in hospitals which I did during my
attachment practical and also computer training that I have underwent.
 Good in data entry and analysis using computer.
 Able to handle tasks and solve any problem under my capacity, at workplace with
minimal supervision.

Interest
 Interested in socialising with people to generate good PR which assist in sharing of
ideas that help towards achieving the goals of any task/institution.
 I like participating in community development activities.
