Terms and Conditions

1. All appointments will be made according to the Establishment division’s

Recruitment Policy and their O.M. No. F.53/1/2008-SP, dated 22-10-
2014.
2. Government employees should send their applications through proper
channel.
3. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview
and they must bring their original educational Degrees/Certificates/CNIC
at the time of interview.
4. No TA/DA shall be admissible for Test/Interview.
 5. The Ministry of Climate Change reserves the right to increase/decrease
the number of posts, subject to their availability. Serving personnel may
apply through proper channel.
6. All the Candidates applying for the above-mentioned post(s) shall be
entitled to an upper age relaxation of five years in the maximum age limit
given above any or other relaxation in age limit, if admissible under the
rules.
7. Women and Minorities are encouraged to apply.

I. Application forms and online deposit slips are available on OTS website
www.ots.org.pk
II. OTS will not be responsible for late receipt of application sent through post or by any
other courier service
III. In case of applying for more than one post separate application form along with
deposit slip will be use
IV. Deposited amount is neither refundable nor transferable
V. Applicants shall send their applications and fee deposit slip to OTS office. After
applying for the Post(s) Applicants are advised to regularly check OTS website
www.ots.org.pk for important announcement i.e. for provisionally eligibility /in-
eligibility list, procedures for Roll No slips/Screening Test Schedule/skill test/result
etc. Related to recruitment against above post. The candidates will also be informed
about test schedule via SMS on given mobile number.
VI. Application sent through email or by hand will not be entertained.
VII. Last date for submission of application form is 15 days from the date of publication of
this advertisement
