1. General information (1/2)

- Link: https://www.customercenter.epexspot.com

- Login and password: Once your request to be registered as a


Customer Center user is validated (see chapter 4), you will receive
your login/password via two separate e-mails. In case you cannot
remember your password or wish to change it, click on either
‘password reminder’ or ‘change my password’ on the welcome page.

- Language: Allows you to choose another language by clicking on


the flag.

- Your administrative information: Your company headquarters and


invoiced entity are shown. All market segments you are admitted on
are listed on this page as well.
1. General information (2/2)

- Data validation: Please check regularly that all contact information,


assigned functions and address details are correct in this database. In
case of changes, please update them. To confirm the correctness,
please click at least once a year on the button ‘Customer Center data
validation’.

- Changes validated by the exchange: All your validated and rejected


requests processed by EPEX are shown in this list.

3. Creation of a contact

- Select the tab ‘Contacts’ on the left side


- On the bottom of the page, tick one of these options:
- ’New person’: for a physical person
- ‘New department’: for a hotline or mailing address
- Fill in all information for the new contact; including at least 2
confidential questions for Front Office contacts
- Tick ‘confirm’

Important: to authorize this contact for trading (or other) functions,


please go to chapter ‘Assignment of functions to a contact’
4. Assignment of functions to a contact

- If the contact does not exist yet, please create it (see ‘3. Creation of a
contact’)
- Select the tab ‘Functions of your contacts’ on the left side
- Select the respective function, from the drop down list, you wish to
assign the contact to and tick on the right side ‘Add a new contact’
- Select a contact in the scrolling list
- It is possible to define another start date than proposed in the date box
- Tick ‘confirm’

EPEX will automatically receive a validation notification for your request.


In case your request is not valid, we will get directly in contact with you.
5. Assignment of high-level functions
to a contact
Authorized signatory: Please write an e-mail to EPEX Membership
(membership@epexspot.com) informing that you wish to add or delete an
authorized signatory. We will provide you with a necessary form.

Customer Center user (read only):


- Verify that the contact already exists (see section ‘Contacts’)
- Select the tab ‘Customer Center users’ on the left side
- On the bottom of the page, select a contact in the scrolling list
- Tick ‘confirm’

Customer Center user (read/write): See Chapter 4.


Once EPEX Membership validated the request, the login credentials will be sent
via email to the new user.
6. Cancellation of functions of a contact
- Select the tab ‘Functions of your contacts’ on the left side
- Select the function from the drop-down list you wish to cancel
- Tick ‘Edit this function’ in the line of the contact:
- If after modification at least one contact remains for this function:
- tick ‘Set end date’
- confirm the pop-up that appears by clicking ‘OK’
- indicate the end date in the date box
- tick ‘Confirm the end date’
- If this is the only contact for this function:
- tick ‘Appoint a successor’
- select a successor in the contact scrolling list
- Indicate the start date in the date box
- tick ‘Assign contact’

EPEX will automatically receive a validation notification for your request. In case your
request is not valid, we will get directly in contact with you.
7. Cancellation of high-level functions
of a contact
Authorized signatory:
Please see chapter ‘Cancellation of functions of a contact’

Customer Center user (read only):


- Select the tab ‘Customer Center users’ on the left side
- Choose the contact you wish to cancel and click on ‘Delete’
- Confirm the pop-up that appears by clicking ‘OK’

Customer Center user (read/write):


Please send an e-mail directly to EPEX Membership
(membership@epexspot.com) informing that you wish to cancel a Customer
Center user with read and write rights. We will provide you with a necessary form.
8. Modification of the address of a contact

This function allows you to change only the address of a single contact:
- Select the tab ‘Contacts’ on the left side
- Select the contact you wish to modify the address of and tick on ‘Edit’
- Modify the contact’s address
- Tick ‘Edit’ to validate
9. Modification of the company’s address

- In order to modify your company’s Head Quarters address and/or


Invoiced Entity address, please contact EPEX Membership
(membership@epexspot.com).
