Organisational information

• LeasePlan is looking for a Senior Global HR Administrator to


join the team we are building. Reporting into the Global HR
Operations Manager, you will work with the country HR teams
Overall job (across Europe), local managers and employees and with the
global HR team (located in The Netherlands).
purpose • The role is based in the Shared Services Center, Romania.
• The role is responsible for supporting the HR services transition,
offering top-notch support to the local teams while ensuring the
quality and timelines KPIs.

Key responsibilities:

• The Senior Global HR Administrator will rise to the challenge of


building a strong HR Operations team.
• Work in close cooperation with the global HR teams: Workday
technical team (located in Bucharest) and HR functional teams
(located in Amsterdam).
• Responsible for applying the agreed processes.
• Provides support and information to the employees, as per the
available documentation.
• Responsible for creating / updating the process documentation
as per the Workday releases (twice a year) and as per the
innovations implemented (throughout the year). Ensures quality
and compliance with documentation guidelines.
• Understand and use to the highest degree of accuracy Workday
(LeasePlan’s HR system).
• Understand and use to the highest degree of accuracy the
internal case management system.
Duties and • Identifies strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks, and

• Assists in testing and resolving issues.
• Process recurrent activities (such as data check-ups, position
creation, initiate and finalize global processes, mass uploads,
purge data, and others).

Competencies and qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience with Workday navigation and


Workday tools environment.
• 3 / 4 years’ experience in an HR administrator role (in
companies with more than 500 employees).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.
• Preferably, has been involved in an HR services transition (in
house / outsourced).
• English (fully proficient), second language (preferably Dutch /
Portuguese / French) desirable.
• Proficient in using the MS Office package.
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbally).

(maximum amount of 25% of the time).
