The O2 Arena ___was built___ (build) in 1999. It was originally called (call) the Millenium

The monument was built by Alberto Prebisch, because of the 4th anniversary of the first foundation
of Buenos Aires by Pedro de Mendoza. The structure only has one entrance and four windows at
the top, and his height is 67.5 m with inscriptions on different sides

It has been covered with different things for special occasions: Argentinian Bicentennial,
Christmas, Summer Youth Olympics, World AIDS Day. Etc.
