1) Describe dehydration and how to avoid it.

Dehydration is when your body loses more fluid than it takes in. People
who are dehydrated feel thirsty, and some even feel dizzy and lightheaded. It
also affects the color and amount of their pee. The best way to avoid dehydration
is to drink plenty of fluids, especially when you are in a hot climate. Also, eat
foods that are high in water, such as fruits and vegetables. A good example of
this is watermelon.

2) What is overexertion?
Overexertion can occur when you push yourself too hard physically, but
this can also affect you mentally. This can happen when you are exercising and
doing manual labor. Doing an activity for a prolonged period without taking
regular breaks can lead you to become fatigued and have strains that are hard
on your body. One should take breaks from time to time and know the limits of
their bodies when doing exercise and other physical activities.

3) Differentiate hypothermia and hyperthermia.

Hypothermia and hyperthermia are conditions associated with the core
temperature of the human body. Hypothermia occurs when the core temperature
of the body falls below the minimum temperature required to maintain basic
metabolic functions. This can be experienced in a cold climate. Prevent this by
wearing proper clothing and keeping yourself warm. Hyperthermia is the opposite
of hypothermia. It is when the body gains more heat than it loses. This can be
experienced in hot climates. Make sure that you are hydrated and have proper
ventilation because it can lead to heat stroke.
