4. The food and beverage (F&B) services may spread foodborne illnesses
Solution: The hospitality industry should have a well-equipped kitchenette with cooking
facilities such as microwaves and cookers. To handle the problem of food poisoning, the food
industry must fully cook foods such as beef, chicken, eggs, and fish using this cooking
equipment to eliminate microorganisms such as bacteria that might cause food poisoning in
customers.
