hotel industry should expand and modernize its resources to meet client needs. The personnel
in charge of that industry should have a strategy in place for dealing with the company's
developments and challenges.

2. The demands of the guests are ever-changing

Solution: Guests will be looking for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Guests' opinions will
always fluctuate based on how the accommodation is presented to them. To get out of this
scenario, the industry will improve it and offer a better offer so that they can have a better
providing community.

3. The room occupancy rate varies from time to time

Solution: Since it changes with the seasons, the room occupancy rate varies from time to time.
For example, most people book rooms during peak season, but less people book rooms during
off-season. In this case, the hotel or lodging company may provide a discount or a cheap rate
despite the fact that it is off-season to entice more customers to book at your hotel.

4. The food and beverage (F&B) services may spread foodborne illnesses
Solution: The hospitality industry should have a well-equipped kitchenette with cooking
facilities such as microwaves and cookers. To handle the problem of food poisoning, the food
industry must fully cook foods such as beef, chicken, eggs, and fish using this cooking
