GUIDELINES FOR EMPLOYEES:

On 30 July 2021, an Executive Order was issued directing all Metro Manila residents to stay at home or
at their place of residence and mandating the closing of all nonessential businesses during the duration
of ECQ (August 6 to 20).

If your Company does not fall within the definition of essential business as defined in the Executive
Order, will therefore opt to implement voluntary temporary telecommuting arrangements except for
those essential personnel.

Essential personnel are expected to physically report to work in a skeletal basis unless otherwise
notified. Regular leave policies and procedures should be followed for employees who are unable to
report to work.

Those non-essential employees are approved to work from home temporarily.

These arrangements are expected to be only until the duration of the ECQ period. Should circumstances
warrant, the Company may require all employees to physically report to work. Employees should be
proactive in preparing for these circumstances to ensure the availability of resources necessary to work
remotely.

To essential employees, an employment certificate will be issued that should be kept with you when
commuting to and from work should your compliance with the stay-at-home order be questioned. You
should also be prepared to present your Company identification card.
