ii) Copy of the statement of marks at the Qualifying Examination (i.e. an examination
equivalent to 10+2) along with equivalence certificate from Association of Indian
Universities, New Delhi;
iii) Percentage Conversion Certificate from the School / Board in case of Grades;
iv) Copy of the Birth Certificate;
v) One passport size photograph pasted on the Application Form.
vi) Demand Draft bearing no. ____________________ dated _________ for
Rs. 5,000/- drawn on _____________________ (bank) in favour of ‘REGISTRAR,
NALSAR’ payable at Hyderabad (name of the candidate should be written at the
back of Demand Draft).
vii) The copy of the marks card of the qualifying examination must reach the University
on or before May 30, 2017. If a candidate fails to submit the Marks Card of the
qualifying examination on or before May 30, 2017, he/she will not be considered for
admission.
