Good day and hope all is well on you.

In view of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) imposed in National Capital Region by our
Government, we would like to ask for your consideration of allowing us to send the Billing Statements and
other pertinent documents electronically. This is for us to continuously send the Billing Statements on time as
stated in our agreement despite of our worldwide problem. More so, to help our employees for possible
exposures as we would like to be of help in reducing the uncontrollable increasing positive cases while we both
continue doing business. Please be advised that this will only be practiced while we are in strict community
quarantine. Rest assured that all documents you need will be submitted in a readable manner. Should you still
require us to submit the hard copy aside from the soft copy, please let us know so it can still be scheduled for
submission during collection.
