Scope of work for bidder:

a) Bidder shall carry out piping stress analysis, CAESAR-II modelling, routing verification and
confirmation.

GRE piping calculations, stress analysis verification, GRE piping routing confirmations shall be fully
performed by the GRE vendor under CONTRACTOR’s responsibility and shall be carried out by
specialized engineering consultant in the as part of GRE piping under the single point responsibility
of bidder and shall be approved by

b) Bidder to prepare specification for surge analysis for pressure piping lines and submit the same for
review and approval. Bidder to carry out surge analysis for pressure piping lines (as applicable).

c) Preliminary estimate of number of lines / number of Systems for Stress Analysis is mentioned
below:

Number of lines: 200 Nos. (approx.), 500 isometric sheets (approx.).

d) As the quantities shown in sl. no. c above are preliminary, Bidder shall also provide unit rates for
stress analysis (i.e. in terms of per line basis)
