As required in the CONTRACT OF SERVICES and TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR), the undersigned SECOND
PARTY for the month of September 2021, has:

1) Reviewed with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the pertinent provisions of the DBM Budget Operations
Manual;

2) Rendered advisory services to the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on their powers and
functions under the Local Government Code;

3) Provided advisory services to the Office of the Governor thru the GLLO on laws and legislative
matters;

4) Attended weekly meetings of the majority members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan;

5) Performed other duties and functions which were requested by the GLLO and the SP in the discharge
of their functions.
