For me, I think Cedula should not be needed anymore because we as a citizen are paying the
income tax, etc. etc. I think it is too much for us citizens to pay such tax that doesn’t even benefit us all,
yes in their words coming out that it will benefit us but the truth is no, it’s a scam.
