EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities
★ Co-ordination of testing efforts for (SIT and OAT) System Integration testing and
Operations Acceptance Testing.
★ Leading SIT for readiness to migrate the billing system from CCABS to PBW.
★ Managing QA for Billing, B2B (bill to bill comparison with BSCS), and Rating of
production data in Singleview to make sure BAU.

Responsibilities
★ Designing Test cases based on Requirements and HLD and getting reviews with
Development team, Business analyst and Peer review within the ST team.
★ Execution of test cases and Identifying/reporting the SERF (Software Enhancement
Request Form)/ Defect in Lotus Notes.
★ Tracking all the open serfs and discussing them with the development team.
★ Executing Regression test cases for checking existing functionality works fine in
accordance with the new functionality/new code.
★ Sending Daily Dashboard report of Execution status/Defect status to internal and external
clients, Businesses and development.
