Since we are done discussing the basic concepts of Corporation, you can now

distinguish different types of it and different types of stocks. I want you to select a
specific corporation and identify what type of corporation it is,  the features of that type
of corporation, and what type of stocks are available to them. 

Name of the Corporation:  SM Development Corporation (SMDC)

SM Development Corporation invests and develops real estate properties. The
Company offers stores, malls, banks, hotels, and leisure facilities .

Type of Corporation: This kind of corporation is a Stock Corporation.

This corporation is for profit making.
The share holder is receiving a profit with this corporation.

Capital Stock: The kind of stock that SM Development Corporation (SMDC) has is
Par Value Stock and Non-Par Value Stock.
The Par Value Stock can be used in investment, everyone can investment on this
corporation. As what I know individual can invest SMDC since these days a lot invest
sites and apps have been released in the Market, but it has a minimum value of share.
For the Non-Par Value Stock it means theres no stated value therefore the board of
directors set a price on it. Mostly it can be used in the internal locus of an corporation.
