Principles of Training

1. Why should every individual have a unique and different Training Program?

Due to having different body types and goals, each person have their own personal and
unique training program. This does not only help in achieving their goal faster and efficiently but
also help them prevent injuries. For instance, a person whose goal is to strengthen their legs
and arms will choose an exercise appropriately while a person who has a problem with a certain
part of their body would need to adjust their training accordingly. And overall, frequency,
intensity, time, and type of the training must be according and appropriate to the person
to achieve their goal effectively and efficiently.

2. How can applying the different principles of training prevent us from acquiring injuries during
workouts?

Modifying the frequency, intensity, time, and type of an individual’s training

according to their own preference, ability and need will essentially prevent injuries. This
is evident when focusing on the health and physical body of that person. Despite being
similar as we are all humans, we are all born on different bodies, have different
experiences in regards to exercising, and faced different health issues. For instance, a
person may be new to exercising and cannot perform difficult exercises. Given that case
he should not be given a difficult task. Another example is when a person who works at
night and 6 days a week might change the frequency of his training to suit his schedule
so as not to overwork or stress his body. In this manner or way problems will be
prevented.
