Srijana has been a student at this University since September 2017 and is currently studying on the BSc
(Hons) Nursing (Adult) programme. We have no reasons to think that she is not professional in her
behaviour.

Students undertake a mixture of theoretical modules and practical placements split 50:50 across the 3-
year full-time programme; Srijana is due to complete this programme in August 2020. This student is
currently on a professional programme which will lead to the student being able to apply for NMC status
as a qualified nurse.

Professional Capability
Srijana has passed all elements of the course to date. She has completed year 1 and 2 placement
component successfully and is currently undertaking year 3.

Organisational Skills
Srijana shows ability to organise and submit work on time as agreed.

Attendance/Sickness record
Srijana’s attendance is good, she has completed placement hours, as required for the course.

General
Srijana is an engaged student who is keen to learn. She has received positive feedback from placement
assessors. There are no disciplinary issues on her record or in process.
