OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE FOB ROTTERDAM / HOUSTON PORT

1. Buyer sends ICPO and a colored copy of his international passport and CP.

2. Seller sends Cl along with Tank storage receipt. (TSR) with GPS coordination data.

3. Buyer confirms storage logistics and buyer extends seller tank for 48 hours.

4. Seller releases Unconditional DTA and the following POP Documents?

• Fresh SGS Report.


• Availability of Product.
• Certificate of Origin.
• Authorization to Sell and collect (ATSC).
• ATV.

5. Buyer signs the NCNDA/IMFPA and return to seller.

6. Buyer confirms product Q&Q via SGS and upon positive result/satisfaction with the Q&Q,
Buyer send letter of product acceptance and readiness to take over tank or have the oil
injected to buyer’s tank.

7. Buyer pays for product and upon confirmation via MT103 TT, seller release all Export
Document and Title Transfer Certificate.

8. Possible rolls and extensions
